Restaurant: The Edible Projects (T.E.P.)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次拜金花娘娘後,行咗去呢間Cafe,見到餐牌幾吸引便座下。坐低之後叫咗兩件蛋糕,巴斯克焦香芝士蛋糕,有濃濃嘅雲呢拿味,朋友以為有香蕉,原來睇錯,係『焦香』先啱!笑死😆!而朱古力米蘇凍餅,係有Oreo 嘅,濃濃滑滑嘅朱古力味,好食😋。飲品係一杯凍嘅柚子咖啡梳打,好特別,柚子味同咖啡好夾,值得一試😋。至於紅石榴多多沙冰,就唔夠紅石榴味,亦唔夠益力多味,兩邊嘅味道都唔突出,好平淡咁,可能係沙冰🍧太多!我建議放30ml 紅石榴汁在杯底,效果可能好啲!Cafe有室內同室外,我哋怕熱所以坐室內,啲凳就一般啦,好斜,俟唔倒架,可能香港人生活太緊張,唔習慣座呢啲沙灘椅咁樣嘅櫈。 continue reading

假日閑遊坪洲,相比長洲的熱鬧,坪洲更為恬靜寫意✨🥰🌹來到才發覺呢間文青咖啡店 The Edible Project 是一間社企,自2019年為自閉症青年提供培訓實習🥺員工用心服務,就著我地的週年紀念在美味順滑Basque Cake旁寫上祝福語👍👍Frittata with Mixed Green (HKD68) 蛋餅沙律中沙律十分新鮮可口🌱蛋餅比較實正,裏面有波菜、薯仔同芝士,調味偏淡,個人口味不同🤤Aerocano問返店主有冇special coffee推介,店主大推out of menu嘅Aerocano☕不試則已,一試就驚喜連連,Aerocano 口感順滑,味道有香濃巧克力味及清香橙味,飲起來愛不釋手👍已經見到幾個客take away Aerocano😳Basque Cake (HKD48) 口感順滑,濃而不膩,是一個恰到好處的甜點🍰 continue reading

跟朋友閒逛坪洲,意外地來到了TEP這家有格調嘅餐廳。🌿🌸先講咖啡,我通常對咖啡冇咩要求,但這裡嘅咖啡…哇!酸酸地但餘味甘,啖啖都是驚喜,簡直係口中嘅小確幸。🌟再嚟就係我個人最愛嘅Frittata with Mixed Green。你諗啊,薯仔同煎蛋嘅拍檔,又點會出錯呢?Frittata裡面嘅薯仔軟綿入味,仲有輕輕嘅菠菜清香,簡直係一個溫暖嘅擁抱。配上自家種植嘅沙律蔬菜,新鮮得嚟又清新,真係令人一試難忘。最後,我哋試咗Chocomisu。真心冇諗過素食版嘅tiramisu會咁美味,混合椰子奶嘅朱古力蛋糕體同那層coconut pudding,口感細緻得嚟味道豐富,每一啖都令人回味無窮。總括來講,TEP係一個平民化但又不失格調嘅好地方。食物感覺得出廚師嘅用心,加上中西融合嘅獨特創意,絕對值得試多幾次。👍🏻 continue reading

難得來一趟坪洲,這裡以島民為主,旅客比其他島嶼算少,感覺更遊閒舒適。逛了一圈唯獨對這間咖啡店最感興趣,走近看看發現原來是一間社企。已經到下午15:00,店員表示已經無主食,看了menu 決定同fd試試柚香咖啡梳打及熱朱古力。試過不同的咖啡梳打及檸檬咖啡,但柚香咖啡真的是第一次,店員提醒不要太大力攪拌。咖啡同柚子味配合得很好,唔會太酸,加埋tonic其實幾清新,幾適合夏天飲。熱朱古力其實幾有驚喜,一打開有玫瑰花🌹,而且朱古力味香濃,口感順滑,值得一讚。凍飲如果可以轉埋用紙杯就更好更愛地球了~下次早點到要試試主食同其他飲品~❤️🌎 continue reading

仲有個零鐘先有船,就過咗嚟坐吓。戶外都有位,但嗰日都幾大風,費事吹風就揀咗室內坐。唔算好餓,淨係叫咗1 Black, 1 White, 1 Croffle。性價比幾高 以「位於離島遠離繁囂嘅假日cafe」嚟講,The Edible Projects嘅嘢食算係幾平,一杯啡$40有找。Croffle上枱時比想像中細,但幾好食,整得好酥化唯一想彈嘅係啲櫈設計少怪,挨唔到,對冇腰骨嘅me嚟講,唔係一個可以坐低hea個下晝嘅地方 continue reading
