平時都會請家姐去食好西慶祝生日,今年就決定去Ta-ke食Omakase,注定要大失所望。我地叫坐最貴嘅Omakase lunch set,前菜份沙律超頹,係百零蚊喺街邊西餐廳食到套餐前菜嘅質素,茶碗蒸則正常。輪到師傅嘅手辦壽司,用嘅魚無特別,其中一種魚完全係鹹魚嘅味道。全部壽司嘅魚生都加左勁多醬油,仲有預先加左勁多Wasabi,除咗之前果款味道似鹹魚嘅壽司之外,食唔出魚本身嘅味,好懷疑佢係用調味去遮蓋魚生本身嘅問題。至於海膽係可以嘅,冇食到明礬嘅味。整體黎講,我寧願食千兩。最近睇到蔡瀾評論本地Omakase,講到好多嘅質素遠遠不值所需價錢,只好有在這裡留個負評。最後朋友給我一句警世之言,容易訂枱的Omakase不要去,互勉。 continue reading

食物: 無提前book, 只係嗌左個set lunch, 不過不失服務:好周到,餐廳好大,但每張枱都至少有一個staff招呼環境:出奇地靚同大,成個室內設計裝修都好有feel, 由門口既石春地行入一個好暗既走廊成件件已經feel到係好premium, 入到去第一個section係bar counter, 石能因為係晏就基本上都無人,再入去有分開懷石料理、sushi omakase、鐵板燒、普通座位、tatami等,全部都好清晰咁分開唔同section, 而且毫無遺和感,用左好多竹既元素間開,唔完全封閉之餘又有私隱度。價錢:見到裝修之後,就覺得價錢親民,好多套餐做買一送一,雖然食物味道唔係話好驚喜,但服務同埋環境都係有水準 continue reading

今日因為要見客,所以有幸同老板嚟左呢間餐廳,一入門口,場內都是竹製傢俬,主要分開了鐵板和普通飲食的坐椅,有兩大圓枱/長枱都是有一個廚師在,而我們就坐了一旁因為畢竟是和客人食飯,以下是我冒著生命危險影的食物相😆(因為老板在場,還好他不是坐在我旁,要不就一定影不到了,後來坐在老板旁的同事都要問我攞相),老板看了一下餐牌,就幫我們叫了午餐定食,說什麼都有🙄鮑魚鮮味,上面那個不肯定是不是吞拿魚腩,碗中那個我忘了是什麼,鮑魚和魚生都好食,不過又沒什麼特別驚喜.帶子鮮甜,吞拿魚ok, 透明那個不知道是什麼,幾彈牙咁.魚一咬就散開了,沒什麼太特別的感覺,不覺得特別好味炸蝦好食,食得出係新鮮蝦,彈牙,秋葵就健康囉😆😆另外我不太確定是不是茄子,時間有點久忘了,味道ok啦,不過不失.和牛鮮嫩有肉汁,但份量實在太少吃了也不知道吃了什麼……魚子非常好吃,好口大粒,一咬汁就佔滿了整個口腔,不錯,但飯太淋太散,所以5星魚子+2星飯變了3星.其實一上這道菜,我內心感到無比震撼和失望,因為……其實我仲未飽,但一上這道菜我知道這餐是真的完了,我知道碟上的水果價值不菲,不過我更加想吃手製特別的甜品.最後老板問我們要不要咖啡,但因其他人不要我也不敢要,其實我是非常非常想要的,因為我很喜歡喝咖啡,我看到老板點的咖啡顏色好像不錯,杯子也很精美,但我沒辦法影他那杯咖啡😆😆總結是如果不是要傾生意,比它好吃價錢還要便宜的應該有很多選擇,小插曲就是其中侍應收碟的時候,不小心將匙跌了在客人的錢包上,她只是說了對不起就走了,沒給紙巾給客人抹,我當時面上是黑了一下,我覺得這樣高級的餐廳,這些錯誤是不能犯的.而且大食的我食完完全沒有食過東西的感覺,過了一小時肚子在呼呼叫,最後還是要用薯片充飢. continue reading
