第一次嚟食「多賀野」,叫咗份極上蟹皇沾麵、吉列炸蠔同埋山梨縣葡萄汁🍇。極上蟹皇沾麵 - 個湯蟹味算濃而且好鮮甜,因為個湯係用豚、鴨、雞、魚做基礎湯底,所以真係好鮮味。拉麵掛湯程度只屬於一般,而拉麵係屬於有咬口嘅拉麵幾煙靭。糖心蛋也不錯,反而軟殼蟹非常普通,絕對沒有幫助碗拉麵加分,價錢偏高😅$188。吉列炸蠔 - 自家製吉列粉幾出色,偏脆,略嫌蠔味唔夠。山梨縣葡萄汁 - 嗯...日本版威路氏提子汁😊整體上是好的,包括服務態度非常好👍🏻,絕對會再次光顧😋。

食咗豚鴨沾麵,一碗麵最基本嘅係要熱,佢冇,其實係等咗好耐先至有,但係佢都係唔熱,佢係有個蠟燭喺面下面熱住個面嘅,不過係裝飾用,完全冇令到啲面熱,麵唔熱真係扣晒分,湯底係好味嘅,有豬同鴨嘅味,個味幾鮮,肉都係半肥瘦,糖心蛋都係半融狀態,面都係好煙韌,又咬口,但係我接受唔到一碗沾麵係唔熱,又話米芝蓮,又見好多好評,所以就完。服務就都還好,侍應都會定期過嚟幫手加水,不過其實店面嗰日都唔係多人,我都唔明點解個麵可以唔熱

豆乳濃蝦湯拉麵$148(期間限定)湯底好濃蝦味,因為有豆乳關係,會令個湯帶點清甜,麵質彈牙唔錯👍🏻兩粒蝦丸幾足料,幾好味😋鴨胸肉好嫩,燒過的叉燒味道正常發揮。好鐘意佢個半隻糖心蛋,口感柔軟,味道剛好唔會太濃,好好味😋香葱山椒叉燒拉麵$138麻辣口味,幾刺激,如果唔係好食得辣,點之前要諗諗🤔自家製吉列炸蠔$78(3件)有啲意外😳蠔炸完都幾大隻,好好味🤤尤其佢個炸漿,好鬆脆好有口感,因為之前食炸物無食過呢款炸漿,覺得佢同蠔幾夾,配埋幾款沙律菜和醬油一齊食,唔會覺得蠔感膩,下次會再食🥰今次試咗新口味湯底唔錯,但最深刻印象係炸蠔,暫時食過最好味👏鍾意佢整體口感味道和size都好配合,抵讚👍🏻

喺K11行完街見到呢間咁多人排隊就諗住試吓,點知又真係有佢排隊嘅道理喎#極上蟹皇沾麵 蟹皇沾麵真係好啱鍾意食蟹嘅朋友仔,首先成個蟹除咗蟹湯之外,仲有一隻炸軟殼蟹同埋蟹膏醬仲有蟹肉,軟殼蟹炸得好酥脆,配埋七味粉咁食就更加惹味,而啲面煮到啱啱好,質感好彈牙,將啲麵浸落蟹湯度令到每一條面都掛滿蟹湯,令成碗麵都充滿蟹香味,忍唔住飲埋啲湯#黑松露沾麵 一拎上嚟已經聞到好香嘅黑松露味,啲炸菇外層炸到金黃酥脆,內裡仲保持住鮮嫩嘅口感,咬落去嗰陣仲會發出清脆嘅聲音,令人食指大動,而啲麵都吸收咗松露醬汁,味道層次豐富,一路食一路聞住黑松露嘅獨特香氣都幾正#蟹肉薯餅 薯餅外脆內軟,搭配新鮮蟹肉,整體都幾特別,點埋醬汁去食更加提升咗整體嘅風味#富士蘋果生芝士蛋糕 富士蘋果生芝士蛋糕完美結合咗新鮮的富士蘋果和香滑的芝士,蛋糕底部唔係好爽脆嘅曲奇餅底,所以令到整體嘅感覺好一致,入口即溶#福岡縣柚子芝士蛋糕柚子芝士蛋糕底部鬆軟,搭配滑順的芝士餡,口感非常柔和。不過就略嫌呢個蛋糕甜得滯,需要飲返杯嘢解一解膩
