前幾日同男友週年紀念,去左間位於天文台圍道既鐵板燒餐廳,難忘既一餐♥️♥️♥️。座位以廚師吧枱為主,可以欣賞到師傅席前料理既過程。食材高質,服務滿意。適合慶生或紀念日,師傅可以係鐵板上畫公仔或者寫上祝賀字句,相當用心,我地都食得好開心。HK$950/HK$1150 per one沙律菜水晶海藻本身冇味,但質地清爽,口感幾得意。蜜糖合桃脆卜卜,口感豐富。沙律菜新鮮爽脆,淋上芝麻醬愈食愈開胃。雞泡魚乾加上蜜糖烤至乾身,甘香鮮美有嚼勁,沾上沙律醬又係另一番風味,係一個好好既下酒菜。魚籽鵝肝蒸蛋蒸蛋好滑好香 再加。蒸蛋又香又滑溜,入口即溶,加左黑魚籽同埋鵝肝口感豐富,鮮味大大提升。先活龍蝦半隻活伊勢龍蝦鮮味濃厚,非常新鮮爽口彈牙。師傅一路燒一路表演拆肉,透過鐵板均勻煎製,肉質緊實有嚼勁,食到我地舔舔脷。原隻先活南非鮑魚/季節時令海鮮 (二選一)海帶原隻先活南非鮑魚鮑魚肉質彈牙,配上海苔忌廉汁,鮮美可口。季節時令海鮮時令海鮮係蟶子,彈牙爽嫩。伴菜蘆筍、靈芝菇加左龍蝦醬好惹味。香煎頂級鵝肝/香煎北海道帆立貝 (二選一)香煎頂級鵝肝我唔係特別鐘意食鵝肝,但呢舊鵝肝顛覆左我味蕾!質感細緻綿密,入口即化,齒頰留香,油份沾上脆卜卜既多士一齊食,勁正!如果怕油膩可以配黑醋或者菠蘿。香煎北海道帆立貝帆立貝肉質爽口彈牙,大大粒,味道鮮甜!加上黑魚籽同埋金箔點綴,外賣相當吸引!紫菜包住一齊食,雙重口感。龍蝦清湯食完海鮮就飲番個味增湯,有助解膩,仲有少少龍蝦肉😋。鹿兒島霜降和牛薄燒卷/厚燒 (二選一)鹿兒島霜降和牛薄燒卷師傅會問客人想要牛既生熟程度,而我地就交比專業既師傅決定🤣!和牛有著霜降般既油花分怖,軟嫩又多汁,牛味濃郁,捲住炸蒜片同埋青䓤,膩感減低。厚燒和牛和牛十分柔軟,入口滿腔油花,可以簡單搭配岩鹽、蒜片或者昆布一齊食。我就最鐘意岩鹽,甘鹹慢慢地滲入味蕾,將油膩化為美味😋!炒野菜看似平平無奇既炒野菜口感爽脆,加左蒜蓉牛油所以十分香口惹味。秋田炒飯日式炒飯粒粒分明,不黏糊之餘仲要夠鑊氣!師傅充分展現功架,加入蛋醬、鹹鮮火腿粒、大量櫻花蝦、香蔥等炒成,啖啖都充滿蛋香!甜品係紅豆燒餅配抹茶/香芋雪糕,超滿足既一餐。 continue reading
