We came for another gathering and ordered some drinks from the happy hour. I always wanted to try the Singapore Sling and it was available here during happy hour so I ordered it. The drink was prettier than I imagined with all the layers and was a lovely fruity drink while waiting for dinner.We ordered several newer items this time though the crab omelette friatta was as great as last time.The fried rice balls were not only innovating in presentation and the tom yum flavors were very prominent.The kimchi carbonara was also another interesting dish though the pasta could be a bit more al dente. The Roti Parathra was perfect and we pretty much cleared all the curry.Desserts were nice with the coconut ice cream of the churros standing out the mostI tried the Hanakotoba again. 去紅館看陳蕾演唱會前到訪了此餐廳吃了個豐盛的晚餐,食物質素和服務也很不錯,人均消費$200。未吃完這餐飯我已經跟朋友說這間可以再encore,下次要來試試cocktail🍹🍢雞/豬泰式沙嗲 $68雞肉和豬肉也軟嫩入味,沙嗲醬帶花生香。另一值得稱讚的細心位是放沙嗲醬的碟比其他餐廳的大,客人可放上整條串燒在碟上全方位蘸上醬汁,非常方便👍🏻🦞蟹肉龍蝦汁蛋餅 $148蛋餅表面金黃,內裡十分嫩滑,清晰可見當中一層層的薯仔片和蟹肉,配上濃郁的龍蝦汁、茄汁豆、紫椰菜和蕃茄粒,尤其美味。不好海鮮的朋友,亦可選擇原味經典西班牙蛋餅🤤🍗油封鴨髀窩夫 $148沒想到只需輕輕用刀叉便能把油封鴨髀的肉撕出,可見鴨肉之酥軟。鴨髀煎得香口,沾上柚子/檸檬醬後感覺清新,中和了油膩感。配角太陽蛋和酥脆的牛角包窩夫亦有畫龍點睛之效😋 continue reading
