同區有好多間嘅大排檔,比較出名嗰幾間都已經食過晒,朋友推介話呢一間好好食,所以今日特登嚟試吓。食完之後佢正式成為我心目中大排檔嘅榜首🤤🤤🤤.一定要點嘅就係佢個蒸氣桑拿雞,上枱嘅時候係生嘅,侍應會幫你倒入個蒸籠度。香噴噴咁等咗幾個字之後,打開就會見到鮮嫩多汁嘅滑雞,配埋個辣豉油,真係超級無敵好食😋 食完個雞就可以叫侍應拎起個蒸架,下面係充滿住蒸雞啲雞油滴落去而成嘅鮮雞湯。已經好耐冇飲過雞湯啦,每人都忍唔住飲咗幾碗。.另外叫咗涼拌金錢肚,紅燒乳鴿,芥辣魷魚圈,啫啫芥蘭,椒鹽軟殼蟹。全部嘅味道同質素都起碼有中上,唔會話好似有啲大排檔,只係得某幾款招牌菜係好食,但其他菜就麻麻哋,甚至唔好食🫢.至於甜品方面,叫咗個椰汁流心球,係我見到就指明一定要叫嘅嘢,因為唔係好多地方可以食到!外面就好似地瓜球咁樣有少少煙靭,入面就係流質甜甜哋嘅椰汁西米露,好特別😍 呢度仲有椰青飲,簡直無可挑剔呀!以後要食大排檔一定會返嚟呢度! continue reading

一心想食大排檔菜式,選擇左幾間,全部都full booking, 最後搵到增輝,好彩又比我book到晚巿位。因為實在太肚餓,所以啲菜式食左啲先記得起要影相。啲相張張都食到無左一半🤣🤣真係唔好意思。另外仲有食黑毛豬叉燒,紅燒豆腐煲,豉椒炒沙白。以上的菜色唔係講笑,好味,高評價,回頭指數5分👍🏻我地九個人食,叫左8個餸+白飯+兩支啤酒,埋單唔洗$1500,性價比好高。搵個時間,再約三五知己覆桌😋 continue reading

早排天氣咁凍,最岩去大排檔食羊腩煲!上網搵邊度有好食羊腩煲,見到有唔少人推介增煇,所以特登嚟試下😎增煇小廚既羊腩煲大大份,2個人都食唔晒,3-4人食就岩岩好😆羊腩煲嘅羊肉全部都已經去曬骨,羊腩肉炆到十分軟腍,食落啖啖肉!啲羊腩有肥有瘦,羊腩連皮帶肉入口惹味,調味唔會過鹹。配料都一樣分量十足,有枝竹、冬菇、筍、白菜同馬蹄,而且羊腩煲配埋唐生菜,嫌油膩重嘅食返啲菜感覺清新啲~連埋啲羊腩汁送飯好惹味👍🏻 continue reading
