好「潮」的腸粉

從前很少見腸粉是皺皮的，原來這是潮州腸粉；點了一個石磨瘦肉腸粉，粉漿聲稱是石磨的，吃下去非常柔滑，不知道是粉漿的關係，還是下了很多油下去的關係，瘦肉同樣也很滑，這實在很考蒸的時間配上油香深重的豉油，更增加口感滑嫩。唯一不好的就是吃下去比較肥膩，只是食了一盒感覺已經有點罪惡感 continue reading
