入到何蘭正,一眼望去,🤩立刻被啲菜色光彩吸引。慢煮伊比利亞叉燒配九州溫泉蛋,佢個蛋黃一𠻹,啲汁流晒落飯上,真係順滑得嚟富有層次,叉燒肥瘦適中,咬落去肉香四溢,微微嘅蜜糖味同炭香撞埋一齊,真系讓人夠哂嘴福。香煎虎蝦球個香味就真係撲鼻嚟𠵱家,九層塔加咗個清新提味,不過話咁快就要做完美工程,虎蝦球入口時嘅Q彈,就略顯微妙,蝦味唔夠突出,但呢個時候,花雕日本蟹味噌就上場啦,係舌尖上打轉嘅umami味,令普通嘅扁意粉都變得出色。至於甜品,成人紅豆冰加咗酒精,飲落去就算酒味唔重,但都夠晒震撼,要話形容,就係嘆為觀止!再嚟個黃金朱古力奶昔,朱古力味夠正宗,同埋唔會太甜,飲得多杯都唔覺膩。最後,個芝麻花生湯丸,充滿傳統同創新碰撞嘅味道,玩味十足,食完整餐,覺得自己食過一個香港與世界嘅小小旅程。😌🥢🌎 continue reading

聽到何蘭正就黎要光榮結業,真係覺得好可惜,係佢地last day之前都去多次捧場!依家佢地既手工啤做緊買一送一,$40左右一杯,其實真係好抵飲👍🏻星期六去都有set lunch,仲要唔收加一------香煎澳洲牛臉肉配黑蒜汁、黄金薯仔 $148主菜前有碗是日沙律同味噌薯茸濃湯,好鍾意佢地用左呢隻雞冠碗🥰好懷舊又有住家飯既特色,味噌唔會好咸,湯幾綿密,沙律正常,加左芝麻醬牛臉肉有三塊,好易切開,一絲絲肉好軟腍 唔乾身,外層煎得脆身,黑蒜汁調味很好,焗薯都好好味😋連薯皮一齊焗,質感係爽身同綿密之間,皮好脆,仲有花瓣做點綴,整體不錯🤤 continue reading
