To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城cafe好多都試過,今次就試下南角。入內環境雅致,店內放著輕柔的音樂,與窗外的大雨形成強烈對比,令狼狽的我們放鬆不少。素知南角以揉合傳統食材聞名,那就試下店家星星推介的忌廉腐乳扁意粉。意粉上有3粒中型帶子,份量還可。忌廉帶淡啖腐乳香,係大眾會接受的口味。我和朋友都係選中這份,大家都覺得係正常發揮,不算深刻。咖啡就一般連鎖店出品。我要cappuccino,朋友要Latte。啡底不突出,奶泡還可。每人平均$120,整體而言,想試下新派食物的可以一試。☺️ continue reading

今日路經九龍城,見間餐廳門面幾得意,就入去試吓。叫了一客煙三文魚忌廉芝士酸種多士,個名好吸引,點知嚟到,件多士好似食過咁,煙三文魚得薄薄4片,忌廉芝士好求其淨搽係多士中心,仲要係好少,咁諗住自己將忌廉搽開啦,但忌廉少到多士兩边都搽唔到,好似食齋多士咁。唔服氣,就上嚟睇吓有冇人放相片,睇吓係咪都係咁少,如果都係咁就算數,點知見其他人嘅唔係咁樣,我就問侍應點解我喱客係咁少料?淨係應我幫你問吓,點知無哂影,無再應我,當無聽過無事咁。。。搞錯,我真係好鬼谷氣,付相同價錢,但無同等質量食物,仲要無同你解釋,亦無一句唔好意思,咁做生意,唔怪之得之香港食肆越嚟越死。永遠唔再幫襯😡 continue reading

都預咗佢一啲表示都冇send個message都唔想其實諗諗吓都真係幾戇居又係我搲爛塊面問佢有冇book定餐廳答案梗係冇啦雖然我都明今日出去食一定俾人呃水又唔想去到食茶餐廳咁慘,佢唔舒服話去食粥佢又唔想,揀咗一間Cafe諗住都係普通食啲Cafe嘢姐(佢自己都話諗住食呢間)點知結果原來連呢啲地方都焗住要食情人節餐本身我都係最憎要被迫冇選擇,但係唔知點解衝入去嗰個moment又將呢啲條件放埋一邊 重要限住我幾點要交枱終於喺張好細嘅枱食咗一餐所謂嘅情人節晚餐雖然表面上冇乜嘢,埋單過千蚊佢係有啲微言嘅!咁事實上我又覺得唔值咁貴都係食返平時啲Cafe嘢姐😕明明佢應該包咗我哋兩杯嘢飲又唔早啲出聲,等我哋又另外叫多咗兩杯咖啡😫點飲得到咁多 頭盤「三文魚他他配黑醋濃汁」大家都食得,夠fresh「鴨肝配芒果蜜糖油醋汁」鴨肝佢痛風唔食得,我有肝炎又何嘗食得丫 ,佢又好似怪我唔睇清楚個Menu😞其實我本身都唔太好內臟,諗住頭盤大家食少少唔怕啫主菜(1)烤和牛小牛柳配乾邑黑椒汁+松露薯蓉全晚最好味應該係呢個,牛柳剛剛好啱我哋口味,連個松露薯蓉都好味㗎(2)法國銀鱈魚忌廉燴海鮮呢個都唔錯,銀鱈魚都好滑配埋個忌廉汁😋😋甜品「桂花白酒浸雪梨🍐」其實我對呢個甜品麻麻哋,咁多甜品點解要揀呢樣?更何況同佢圖片有啲出入,明明佢唔係原隻咁上㗎喎!其實成個setting都唔啱食fine dining , 個侍應有serve得麻麻哋,張枱又細,總之成個格局就唔啱啦,令到本身對呢間Cafe有少少好感嘅都開始卻步點解要做壞規矩跟風做埋情人節餐?雖然我明白而家生意難做,不過⋯⋯⋯⋯ continue reading
