喺中上環咁耐,成日都會經過陳勤記,但始終都冇機會去試,早幾日終於都比我試到啦!先講食物!我叫咗鹵水鵝同炸雙棗,唔。。。。何來米芝蓮呢?佢個鹵水鵝完全唔夠香,我完全食唔到嗰種鹵水嘅香味,而且肉質一般,我覺得西營盤某潮洲檔嘅鹵水嘢比佢更加出色(係直情冇得比) 至於個雙棗,ok囉,冇咩特別!再講服務!作為一間米芝蓮餐廳(仲要係連續咁多年) ,我覺得唔止係食物要達標,員工嘅態度都係一樣,嗰個女樓面同應該係老闆娘嘅女人,啲態度真係好到不得了,唔知以為我冇錢食飯,啲面口衰到好似我得罪佢咁!講真,呢間嘢我真係唔會再去幫襯! continue reading

近期工作多出入上環,與相熟客戶閑聊問及有乜美食推介?諗都唔使諗就即答米芝蓮滷水鵝飯。有米芝蓮幾個字已經有一定保證,去到見門外菜牌午餐價錢較大眾午餐定價略高,但未至於令人卻步。自己叫咗份鹵水鵝飯,同事就叫左個精選鹵水三拼飯。鹵水鵝入口即知果然不負連續 9年米芝蓮推介,鵝肉嫩、冇腥味不在話下,鹵水味道入味但唔會太鹹太濃;與同事交換分享嘅滷水豆腐及豬頸肉同樣做到鹵水味及肉味平衡得剛剛好;花椒、八角等滷水必備的濃濃香料又唔會搶去醬油或其他食材味道。匆匆食完一個午餐 其實又怎能認真細嚐七十餘年老的字號混入桂皮、玫瑰露、高梁及魚露等等多種材料所泡劑 的滷水滋味,下次一於帶多啲朋友或者屋企人嚟呢度食個晚飯慢慢品嚐吓鹵水鵝及其他美味。 continue reading

媽媽好鍾意食鹵水鵝,作為孝順女既我當然要帶媽媽黎呢間連續8年拎米芝蓮既餐廳食呢度最有名既鹵水鵝啦!呢間餐廳位於上環,都算近港鐵站,並唔難搵。我地叫左一碟鹵水鵝片拼豆腐、椒鹽魷魚同金華四寶蔬。鹵水鵝片好入味,肥瘦適中,而且肉質好腍,一啲都唔會「鞋」口,食到媽媽豎起手指公👍🏼椒鹽魷魚炸到好脆,但又唔會太鹹,兩母女成碟清哂!呢個菜上碟既時候擺得好靚,個汁好香金華火腿味,入面仲有冬菇同草菇,好惹味😋 continue reading
