近年香港很多cafe相繼結業,當中包括這間,小編本來不知道這間小店,都是朋友帶我去才知道當時是最後一天。它位於上環太平山街,附近店鋪都充滿藝術色彩,有繪畫小店、咖啡店。店鋪後面是一個長走廊,擺放各種小市集,而它就成為人們的休閒咖啡店。這間小店的會用茶葉代替茶粉,因此分別叫了熱Masala及凍焙茶。Masala每一間小店的印度奶茶做法不一樣,這間肉桂味不重,薑味比較重,不是很甜,但是對比再印度餐廳喝的,它整體算是比較溫和的。焙茶看到成品時覺得挺奇怪,因為顏色看起來有點白,然後拍出來更加白😂。茶味比一般焙茶鮮奶濃,而且有少少尾韻。當日輕食不多,所以就叫了蘋果肉桂撻和肉鬆菠蘿包。蘋果肉桂上手時候只有微溫,外層撻皮表面有點涼了,少失望,不過蘋果肉很多,但是酸甜味被強烈的肉桂味搶了。肉鬆菠蘿包這個是即叫即整,肉鬆跟炒嫩蛋非常適合,滑溜的口感配上微鹹的肉鬆,菠蘿包變成了配角。這裡挺適合渡過一個懶洋洋的下午,一邊喝著茶,吃著小點,再看看外面的市集,聽聽他們分享手作的經營,然後也會有人帶自己寵物一起玩,這是理想生活啊。可惜都變成回憶,其他都在,可是茶家已經不再。😢 continue reading

雖然已結業,但一看見鬆餅就會想念它。位置有點偏遠,但絕對不枉此行。伯爵茶檸檬司康 $36 Earl Grey Lemon Scone首先店員非常細心,會先將鬆餅烘熱再送上,一上桌牛油味飄香。味道不太甜,不會太乾,濕潤度剛好,十分鬆化。每一啖都充滿伯爵茶的香味,偶爾會吃到檸檬皮粒,令口腔有種突如其來的清新,絶對不會吃膩的感覺。🤤 yummy 😋 continue reading

茶。家 呢間cafe係上環好耐了突然間朋友話年尾結業,好震驚呀!即刻要把握機會食翻轉!平日既下午時間去,都已經好多人!最想坐既outdoor seats都滿晒唯有坐左係後面既indoor位置餐廳環境都一樣舒服既佢既cooked teas都好多選擇,其中都係最推介Hojicha Au LaitHojicha fans一定要試!仲叫左Huevos Rancheros toast,佢有半個牛油果,好多thai sausage(好好味),仲有隻煎得好靚既蛋。另外好貪心仲叫左 green tea cheesecake同 green tea chiffon cake,2樣都好好味!不過二揀一既話,我推介green tea cheesecake, green tea味好濃好正!茶。家年尾就結業,真係超唔捨得!!希望再有機會再見!💛 continue reading

呢間開業十年既小茶室 — 茶。家 Teakha位於上環巷內 好彩仲識睇地圖 所以冇浪費腳力😂我諗同好多人一樣 因為佢年尾結業既消息而知道佢既存在而專登過黎朝聖(?)最後同大家既評價一樣 值得再黎 尤其係我呢啲茶控偽(?)文青(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)同埋任坐唔嬲 有樓上樓下店內店外吧枱膠箱齊全 仲有美美既書櫃同賣茶既架子!呢到成個氣氛都好休閒 望周邊既人傾吓計睇下書 可以逃離下人類荒謬 正!今次呀朋友好彩係比我更茶控架啫 所以大家都好享受🥳但嗰日等朋友收工去到時間唔早就冇乜cake既選擇 朝唔到啲scones 唯有朝住🥲🥲👇🏻Green Tea Cheese Cake(42hkd):綠茶同芝士味濃又match,口感都幾thick,所以兩個人食岩岩好!,Masala chai latte (58hkd):第一次飲masala chai冇得比較但嗰陣薑同玉桂味有驚喜!開頭第一啖有啲唔慣但飲多兩啖都覺得幾有特色,香料依舊都真係香 開心仔🙈,Hoijicha Au Lait (58 hkd):本身同朋友都好鍾意焙茶,呢杯色香味俱全,茶奶味match得perfect池,口感滑溜溜derr 滿足!(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵).希望呢間小店休息過後會重新面世 每一個味道都應該要有值得保留既空間🙈 continue reading
