    一直都聽過天天海南雞飯本身係新加坡熟食中心嘅小攤，因為精堪嘅廚藝而得到米芝蓮認可，有第一海南雞飯之稱。今次嚟到香港沙田店，環境裝修就轉咗偏華麗風格，以優雅嘅藍調為主。🍽 天天海南雞配燒雞香港定價會貴小小，但唔洗飛就食到新加坡米芝蓮，都覺得值得一試。先講下佢哋嘅招牌菜—海南雞，雞肉選用嘅係優質嘅三黃雞，食落肉質鮮嫩多汁，保留到雞肉嘅原汁原味，同時皮薄有彈性，入口即化。燒雞方面都唔錯，皮脆肉嫩，炭香撲鼻。不過兩者比較嘅話，海南雞會更勝一籌👍🏻🥇雞油飯 因為太鍾意食個飯，所以我哋今次𝟮個人都叫咗𝟯-𝟰人份，呢個份量大概每人食到𝟮碗左右🍚🍚天天海南雞飯嘅雞油飯曾經擊敗過名廚𝗚𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝘀𝗮𝘆，成為餐廳嘅皇牌。因為佢哋嘅油飯同時結合咗雞油同雞湯嘅精華，飯粒散發濃郁嘅香氣同時做到鬆軟而不失彈性，粒粒分明，所以剩係食飯都會覺得好味！🥤 豆花年代奶茶豆花奶茶嘅茶味香濃，重點加咗滑嫩嘅豆花，飲上去會額外增添一份特別嘅滋味，配搭海南雞都幾夾。 continue reading
