依間餐廳叫做quick pasta. 果然點餐後唔使10分鐘就會上菜。另外依間餐廳係自助形式，所以價錢都比較平。日式明太子忌廉意粉:每條意粉都充滿着明太子，好咸香，同dazzling cafe有得比，但係就平好多。另外嘅海蜆乾蒜橄欖油意粉都有好多蜆同蒜片。味道比明太子意粉淡味，不過都好香口。食到少少沙。應該係所有意粉都會配一塊蒜蓉包，可惜凍左，個包都淋淋地，所以冇食到。意粉唔會煮得太淋，係我鍾意嘅口感。

First time to this restaurant after many years working in TST, so i wanted to try. I always order the carbonara if i ever tried a new italian restaurant to see if it is authentic. Its a terrible carbonara bc they use cream sauce, ham instead of bacon, and no black pepper. Dont go there!You have been warned!

Coming in to this "empty" restaurant thinking ill have a hasslefree dining. But when ordering the lady & her supervisor were so rude they were yelling at customers when taking orders and making unnecessary facial expressions. When giving the change they throw it to the counter instead of giving directly or properly to customers. Food was ok bit too much seasoning. Tea? Needs to be changed for some real tea not some tea bags! NEVER EVER EVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE........ EVER.

快上菜之餘又新鮮熱騰騰出菜，購買模式好像速食連鎖店一樣，先到收銀處選購食物，再坐底等食，好快就有了意粉：海蜆乾蒜橄欖油意粉$ 72/單點有八隻海蜆仔，都算幾鮮甜好味意粉好味份量又夠多，加上大量蒜香，好清好味，意粉算是高質意粉

我記得第一次幫襯呢間餐廳, 係中環中午時間, 佢地主打既係日式快煮快食主意, 如果你細心見廚師煮食既方法同時間, 就會發現, 一個意粉都係用左唔洗半分鐘就完成, 落意粉, 煮SOURCE, 淋SOURCE上意粉, 放餐包. 你每每ORDER完, 就大約一分鐘送到俾你面前. 我就係鍾意呢種爽快感. 呢間TST分店, 我都好經常幫襯, 坐得舒服, 燈火通明, 環境亦都好衛生. 由於係自助式餐廳, 所以服務方便我冇乜要求, 收銀有笑容, 有人送餐, 完餐後不用送回退却口, 況且不用加一服務費, 仲有咩可以挑剔?!今次ORDER左蘑菇煙肉carbonara, 個SOURCE其實係比較稀, 所以我問侍應拎左芝士粉, 口感都算彈牙, 都非常香口.我每次都會叫沙律, 簡單既菜放上沙律醬就完成, 菜清爽新鮮, 切成(一口菜)亦非常方便, 呢D就係速食文化.
