朋友想食泰菜,遂提議來九龍城的泰象館,是一家我倆都未光顧過的餐廳。店內座位比較狹迫,店員見我們比較多物品,主動加張櫈好讓我們能放置物品。先來一份青芒沙律,都幾大碟,青芒果絲好粗身,還加入些炸蒜及花生碎,以泰式酸辣汁拌勻而成。惟味道鹹鹹酸酸,味道過重,作為前菜,一點都不開胃冬蔭公(小),餐牌內有分冬蔭海鮮湯及冬蔭海鮮清湯,看英文也不會分辨到,要問店員才知分別,最後我們選的是冬蔭海鮮清湯那款。材料有大蝦﹑青口﹑蕃茄、菇菌及香草,辣度好足,味道好濃,但同樣略鹹了一點。串燒三拼 (豬牛雞),串燒不是太乾柴,能保持肉汁,焦香度恰好,沙嗲醬較稀,以致不夠惹味。但味道不會太鹹在這頓晚飯而言都算好好了!燒烏頭,烏頭都算大條肉厚,外皮燒得鹹香,魚肉滲進淡淡鹽味,不會太過。烏頭不是黃油烏頭,所以燒完後,魚肉也沒什麼油香。魚肉蘸些酸辣汁來吃,味道不錯。龍眼冰 ($26)及泰式紅茶  ($26),兩杯飲品都好甜,像在喝糖水一樣。龍眼亦不夠鮮甜。和朋友一致覺得這頓晚飯的菜式都太濃味,幸好串燒及燒烏頭的調味還好,不然都不知道吃了多少鹽落肚!門口愈來愈多人等位時,店員有提醒用餐時間夠,但好像由入座那刻都沒提用餐時限是多久啊 (?)  continue reading

沒胃口的時候,✨這家泰國菜物廉價美。泰式獨特的酸辣菜式,即使在夏天都可以開胃,😙同friend晚餐大飽口福。酸辣海鮮粉絲沙律,🥗開胃可口,中意粉絲吸收了酸辣汁,非常惹味,爽口的🦑魷魚夠新鮮,搭配白飯可以吃三大碗。蛋包鮮蝦金邊粉,🍜這個賣相好靚,金邊粉的分量都幾多,而且有大大隻,🦐爽口的鮮蝦,泰國餐廳都會有的日常,👍🏻這家做得還可以!串燒三拼,豬牛雞,🍢有配上汁,鹹甜可口,肉汁鮮美。 continue reading

🇹🇭🥢🥣重口味人氣泰國菜▫️設加一服務費☑️蛋包鮮蝦金邊粉 - $76呢個好大碟,蛋皮好靚,又薄又脆,而入面嘅金邊粉炒得好有鑊氣,調味剛好,十分開胃,有3隻蝦,但有d雪味,仲有啲豆腐乾,芽菜,蛋絲。☑️冬蔭公(小)呢個係我飲過最重味嘅冬陰功湯,酸辣十足,有一隻開邊大蝦、蕃茄仔、菇菌同埋香茅。好好味但飲完夜晚好口渴。☑️咖喱炒大蜆 -$158大蜆大約有10隻左右,啲蜆肉都幾新鮮,配料有洋蔥、蕃茄仔及三色椒,咖喱汁份量多,充滿蛋花及椰香,但略嫌咖喱味唔係好夠濃。☑️豬頸肉炒椰菜苗-$76平時成日都會叫通菜,所以今次試吓要炒椰菜苗,佢唔係圓形,反而好似一棵細嘅生菜咁但係比較硬,不過個汁煮得好味,令到啲菜都好入味。豬頸肉脆口,而且份量唔少。 continue reading
