From the moment I stepped foot into the establishment, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that instantly made me feel at ease.Let's start with the star of the show—the food. I decided to try their milky chicken noodles with chopped vegetables and Chinese ramen with deep-fried pork chop, and I was not disappointed. The milky chicken noodles were a perfect blend of flavors and textures. The broth had a rich, creamy consistency that was both comforting and satisfying. The tender chicken pieces added a delightful depth to the dish, while the chopped vegetables provided a refreshing crunch. It was a bowl of pure comfort that left me craving for more.The Chinese ramen with deep-fried pork chop was equally impressive. 小店位置不多，平日12:40去到已經需要等一下位置，小店貼心地在門外放置了凳給外賣/等位的食客。嫩雞煨麵是一碗令人垂涎的美食，它結合了濃郁的湯頭、淡淡的豆香和嫩滑的雞肉，令人回味無窮。這碗煨麵的份量十分慷慨，絕對能讓你滿足飢腸轆轆的胃口。如果下次去應該會叫一碗嫩雞煨麵，再加其他小食同朋友share。當這碗嫩雞煨麵端上桌時，濃郁的湯香就立刻撲鼻而來。湯頭經過長時間的熬煮，充滿了鮮甜的雞肉風味，而且還能嗅到一絲淡淡的豆香。最後，這碗嫩雞煨麵的份量實在是驚人。大量的麵條和雞肉填滿了碗底，絕對能滿足飢餓的胃口。每一口都能感受到麵條和湯頭的完美結合，讓人欲罷不能。

難得今日食滄浪亭唔駛等位，超開心！🤩久違地食佢個嫩雞煨麵，果然一如既往嘅好味。好鍾意佢個湯底好有奶香，好滑，好濃郁，但調味唔會太重手，所以食完成碗麵好舒服！ 湯入面充滿著碎雞肉同埋小棠菜，好有營養🤣。 雖然佢係煨麵，但係啲麵唔會煮到好軟爛，仲保留到有咬口，同時又可以好入味。 十分出色！

今日到美孚探朋友, 聽聞有一間上海店非常有名，就立即想同好友去探店。下午一時到達，但實在是太多人，唯有叫外賣上朋友家中食。嫩雞煨麵 $57 (爆推🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟)奶油白色濃湯，顏色令人難忘，湯頭風味十足，非常容易入口。碗中嫩雞數量不少，有雞味，配以大量小棠菜，十分正宗，而且好食。麵量更是十足，整個外賣碗有種爆滿的感覺，性價比甚高。大排麵 $57 (爆推🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟)豬扒炸衣很薄，鬆脆可口，香味十足但又不油膩。店家用大豬扒，確實份量不少，一個人吃也十分足夠。湯頭較為清甜，而麵量同樣是爆滿，爽口彈牙，整個外賣也是麵，十分滿足。水餃錕鈍雙拼 $50有大概九至十隻，份量算充足。但係相比其他菜式，表現沒有感覺很突出，有興趣的朋友可以一試。香酥雞 $40上海的香酥雞，是炸雞扒。同炸大排比較，雞扒較肥膩，吃完有種滿口油的感覺。而且香味不夠大排扒濃郁，如果要二選一，必然是選擇炸大排。現場顧客十分之多，即使叫外賣，也等了半個鐘有多。奉勸想食的朋友，預留一定時間。@Big_Big_Foodie

一直想試呢間滄浪亭好耐🤤但係每次經過都排哂長龍今日的起心肝😎未開門就去排隊舖頭一開門已經坐滿哂大家想食記住要早啲到試左三樣1. 嫩雞煨麵 $57呢度最岀名都係呢個雞白湯上海麵湯底有淡淡既奶香味飲得岀湯底唔重味精好舒服 唔算太濃而雞肉方面就略嫌韌左啲 雞肉全部切左做一粒粒肉質似平時呀媽煲湯啲肉咁淋身得泥好韌 同佢個名嫩雞有啲岀人😅麵方面就好啱我心水🤤麵質偏淋身軟滑 似手工麵既質地好掛湯而且份量仲好充足 食到我捧住個肚腩走2.大排 $40炸得非常酥脆香口！脆到好似食薯片咁絕對值得一戰但以價錢泥講少貴3.獅子頭 $40成個拳頭咁大既獅子頭好香醋味食落有少少似譚仔三個既炸醬再溝醋配埋個麵食一流！😋總括泥講 如果要排隊食就試一次就夠相反如果佢係正屋企附近又唔洗排隊都可以番啅既
