To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶時段路經銅鑼灣耀華街，心癢癢想吃碗酸辣粉，忽然想起久聞但未試過的川味小館。本以為有提供下午茶餐，但原來只有「全日歺」，幸好份量不大，點了一份口水雞配酸辣粉餐。口水雞非常惹味，汁料比一般的濃厚，雞件掛汁入味，最畫龍點睛的是加入豆豉碎！咸咸香香，味道變得多層次，超級好味酸辣粉的味道就正正常常，無乜驚喜，但薯粉的質地柔柔韌韌，是不錯的主食。另加十元，配了一杯青瓜豆漿，感覺清新，中和了油膩，平衡點麻辣，物有所值。

我最近去了一家四川麵店，嘗試了他們的幾道招牌菜。其中我最喜歡的是他們的素菜拼盤、尤其是涼拌青瓜、涼拌茄子和涼拌木耳。🥒涼拌青瓜：這道涼菜非常清爽可口，青瓜的口感很爽脆，搭配上辣椒和醋汁，味道十分開胃。🍆涼拌茄子：茄子的口感非常軟糯，搭配上辣椒、蒜和醋汁，味道非常好，而且還有一些微甜的口感，讓人感到十分舒服。🧊涼拌木耳：木耳的口感很嫩滑，配合上蔥薑蒜醋汁和些許紅油，非常好吃。 接著，我品嚐了口水雞。這道菜品的名字聽起來就讓人垂涎欲滴。口水雞是四川菜中非常有名的一道菜，它的口感鮮美、辣中帶甜，讓人吃了之後回味無窮。雞肉非常鮮嫩，入口即化，配上麻辣的醬汁和脆脆的黃瓜，口感十分美妙。最後，我還品嚐了四川燃燒面。這道麵條非常有特色，麵條本身非常細軟。老闆稱此麵非常麻辣，但可以選擇走麻，然後辣椒醬分開上。
