銅鑼灣老北京, 冬季推出火鍋, 今晚訂了位約幾個中學同學去試下, 邊爐取暖.房座要六位起, 所以我們三人安排了坐卡座.  落了單食火鍋,  先送上茶及醬油,  分別各付每位 $25-, 即自行混醬. 送 來古法銅鍋, 具統傳特式, 清湯底 配杞子, 薑 $138-  配料食物源源送到. 有雪花肥牛 $248, 顏色鮮明. 牛柏葉 $100.   午餐肉 $68,  蔬菜叫了多款,  菠菜 $48津白 $48萵筍  $48 ~  好爽口. 腐竹 $58  ~ 加上麻辣湯, 感覺多了一份刺激感.手工麵條 $60- , 幾彈牙.同學們 個 個勁擦得,  轉眼已全部食清.再加個 高湯小籠包 (6個)  $70-  上檯熱騰騰, 沾些浙醋, 感受一下北京小食, 也不錯.  continue reading

我之前未試過食京式火鍋,今次第一次同朋友一齊,原來傳統嘅京式火鍋係用清水作湯底,再配合多款醬料,按個人口味自行製"混醬",然後作點火鍋配料之用。食🥘京式火鍋,一定要叫最出名嘅💡寧夏灘羊,每片羊肉都切得薄薄嘅,入湯即熟,再配合埋"混醬"一齊食,真係有另一番滋味!而我同朋友都叫多左好多唔同嘅火鍋料,好似有💡魚片💡雪花肥牛💡午餐肉🥗菠菜、生菜、土豆片、粉絲💡手工麵條(份)每樣配料都好新鮮👍🏻💡高湯小籠包(6個)- 小籠包一籠有6個,皮薄,每個包都有鮮肉湯係入面,食嘅時候真係要好小心👍💡高力豆沙(4個)- 高力豆沙,四個都大大個,真係滿足晒我好鐘意食甜點嘅朋友😃 continue reading
