之前見到朋友食自己燒嘅吉列牛見到啲相好吸引決定嚟試吓😍聽講荃灣呢一間假期好多人要等好耐位所以決定平日過嚟食店入面空間唔大 大概都係10張枱左右 決定叫兩款唔同嘅牛同朋友share 叫咗好多人打卡嘅吉列牛同埋牛舌每塊牛嘅邊都係咁黃色望落去就好吸引😋首先每一個佢都會準備一舊好似豬肥肉 幫手出油比一陣燒牛個人覺得吉列牛個邊煎出嚟幾香口但係個牛比較靭 都比較難咬開🥹相反牛舌就比較薄身 入口都好香建議大家都加返個飯 連埋啲飯襯埋啲肉香啱啱好👍🏻最後人均大概$150 呢個價錢對於燒肉嚟講又唔算太貴 而且呢啲爐都幾特別可以一試不過比較麻煩係店舖淨係收現金最後就要去附近嘅七仔度撳錢先俾到錢 建議可以增設多啲唔同嘅收款方式🙏🏻 continue reading

我知依間餐廳成日排隊,唔憂做,但職員真係西到一個點!星期六2點鐘同朋友尼到,唔洗等位,入座時cashier女職員完全無提及餐廳有落場時間落左單10分鐘左右,就話要關門,埋左張單先好啦幫你埋左先 (依間餐廳只收現金) 但之後佢竟然再入客,好驚訝!即係錢你就叫人快d俾,生意就繼續做,咁你邊忽係關門?留意返,餐廳星期六日就算加錢轉set都無飲品的見有其他客叫職員想落飲品,女職員即刻話六日係無,個客人話佢知,佢自己加錢叫去到3點,d職員已經坐晒係度訓覺食飯,我仲差少少未食完,同朋友傾緊計點知個女職員 (由頭到尾都係同一個人) 行埋尼趕我地走,話我地真係要關門如果你係夜晚要拉閘我阻你收工,我覺得合理,但你地都落晒場我地亦無叫你地serve,都係坐多陣,點解要趕人走?成餐飯前後都只係一粒鐘左右唔好再怪d人返大陸食野 ,錢同食物質素係其次,係人地從來唔會催埋單,趕客走以後唔會再尼依度食 continue reading

「秘」其實開咗好耐,之前都食過仲成日好多人排隊,隔咗段時間再食都仲keep 到。肉嘅份量都幾多,起碼十舊八舊,鐵板上放左一粒牛油,油脂可以令燒肉無咁易痴底。加飯同蛋係日本米,配燒肉一流。食咗幾款,板燒吉列牛當然最signature , 外脆內軟,有口感,肉味都ok, 油脂比較多所以會有少少漏,不過鐘意和牛類嘅朋友就岩曬。另外牛舌都好味,薄切比較容易熟簡單燒一陣已經好好味!有小朋友就唔建議,啲油係會彈出嚟,有時都幾勁😳 continue reading
