喺北角小巷搵嘢食,唔小心入咗連續攞咗幾年米芝蓮既餐廳,主打新加坡、馬來西亞菜式古滑雞sold out🙉,所以試咗另外兩款菜式:藥膳黑肉骨茶$88藥膳味足夠但稱不上十分濃郁,有胡椒味。大約有四大嚿肉,及一大個完整的蒜頭,蒜頭已經浸泡於湯底及黑醬油很久,沒有了蒜頭的辛辣味,入口即溶。可惜該店選取的並不是小編喜愛的飽滿煙靭的白飯,咬落質地較薄身,米香不足,有點兒遜色🥲。椰汁雞$65樣子並不太討好,醬汁像茶餐廳一patpat的白汁🙃。可是味道比想像中好😯!醬汁味道有少少椰奶味,應該亦有加入咖喱香料(?),連埋炸蒜一齊送飯幾好食。炸雞件大約有五件,欣賞炸粉很薄👍🏻,相對下肉的比例很高,炸的效果有點像生炸👍🏻。有少少青瓜絲於表面作點綴,亦令可解膩。結論1)餐墊很精美,進去時第一眼看到印象不錯,餐廳應該有心做既❤️2)對小編來說,白飯質感很重要!可惜該店選取的並不是小編喜愛的飽滿煙靭的白飯🫢。3) 小菜方面,這個價錢來說,是可以的。晚飯(不包括餐飲)人均$70都算係咁。份量足夠。4)餐廳座位不少,有機會搭枱,服務okay,不會食完就趕你走⭐️坦白講,小編覺得未算係米芝蓮級數🙈,但撇除米芝蓮嚟講,食物水準算中上。 continue reading

米芝蓮食店又一吹大咗系列,新加坡鹹甜滑雞好普通咋喎~・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・🐷 古滑雞飯 HK$95>無骨雞上髀,古惑配料:自製雞汁,油飯・味道:鹹鹹甜甜嘅雞醬幾特別,本身唔太鍾意呢啲打晒芡咁一pat pat嘅醬,但同雞食落又幾夾。油飯好香口,有啲香茅同炸蒜嘅香料味,係令到雞油飯香更出。・口感:全部雞都好滑好香雞味,0雪味。係份量可以大份啲啫,同埋個飯太濕了,鍾意食偏淋偏濕嘅飯嘅我覺得太濕了~・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・🤰性價比:中~🤰9衝度:可試~🤰結論:去到先發現係米芝蓮店,幾好食嘅不過未去到必食,穩陣新加坡菜。・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・ continue reading

今日行開北角 平時消費都會盡量幫襯小店!係OpenRice 搵左呢間古月食真係食到一肚火先講服務方面🥲同朋友每人揹住個背囊 攞住袋野一開始店員安排我地去張二人座位細枱因為見到大半間餐廳都係吉既 冇人坐同埋嗰個位係廚房出入口,所以態度都好好咁問店員(著住白衫Hongkonger 短頭髮 帶住笑哈哈耳環既女士):可唔可以調枱,我地攞住好多野同埋會好快食完。女店員:唔可以,你地多野比張凳你咪得。我真係不解,眼見其他一人或二人既客人都係坐4人枱,而餐廳半個場都係吉既,另外餐廳出面冇人等緊,仲要態度好差咁回應,我黎食野點解要受你氣?將心比己啦 你攞住好多野出去食飯 啲職員有位都唔調比你 要你縮埋一嚿食 仲要態度差 你會點🙁食物方面🥲見到OpenRice好多人推薦古"滑"雞飯呀!真係估佢唔到 啲雞髀係鞋既 啲飯係爛嘅 落得太多水😅環境方面🥲我成餐飯都係縮埋一舊食。地下污糟,牆壁都好多污跡。員工仲要全程係企住喺隔離,跟住出入呢係咁掃到背脊🤧黎左呢到先明點解有人話留港消費係智商稅🥺🥺呢間古月入我black list 呀!!! continue reading

位於北角小巷嘅小店,連續幾年都上到米芝連嘅美食榜✨已經幫襯過好幾次~每次食完都有溫暖的感覺🥰今次繼續試下其他未食過嘅菜式香酥脆皮雞第一次點呢款~炸粉夠薄夠平均,唔會成口麵團,入面嘅雞夠滑,上菜溫度夠熱,好食啊😋黑白胡椒肉骨茶胡椒味略嫌不夠強,排骨肉質唔係好淋,有啲嚼勁~啲湯再熱啲就更好😬藥膳蟲草花滑雞米粉 滑雞肉質都幾嫩,亦夠哂份量,湯底清清地又可以滋潤一下都唔錯👍🏻飲品方面就只有散叫今次試青檸薏米水~正常發揮~食哂已經好飽~ 無叫到上次個咖央厚多士,唯有下次再食嚕🫡 continue reading
