朋友相聚約在銅鑼灣晚飯,第一次來到感覺好relax, 小店空間悠閒。由老闆用心製作的菜色每碟都非常好食,份量適宜。organic沙律菜新鮮脆口,牛油果,芝麻豆腐配大大粒藍莓,再配甜酸適中的沙律醋,開胃健康。煮得極諗的豬仔骨,配第一次品嚐到可口炸蘿蔔,感覺新奇完全不油膩,仲有濃濃田園風,讚! 尤其難忘既係黑松露帶子意粉,忌廉濃厚掛汁香而不油膩,帶子鮮甜美味。甜品的豆腐蛋糕清新淡雅,非常特別,與burn cheesecake 一淡一濃,完全滿足甜味蕾! 以為完了? 還有巨蜂提子雪糕,大滿足。最後奉上自選茶一杯,英式茶具加上色彩繽紛的牆畫,絕對係時候打打咭。我選的洋甘菊花花,輕添加了輕鬆愉快的心情。如此良心小店,老闆超用心的美食,一定要多多光顧。這個遲來的一餐生日飯,不得不讚! continue reading

網上見到呢間樓上咖啡店一直人氣高企,所以趁放假同朋友黎食個tea,順便輕輕鬆鬆傾吓計。小店地方唔算大,一入去即刻比牆上面幅畫吸引左目光,係一個花園的wall painting,令人有一種置身於大自然,好輕鬆舒服嘅感覺。本來我哋打算食tea set,但係見到menu上的相片覺得好一般般,賣相唔吸引,所以最終冇叫到tea set,而係選擇左窩夫。窩夫即叫即做,餐碟上舖滿好多迷你棉花糖、果仁碎粒、新鮮水果粒,忌廉同糖漿。而且仲有一個柚子雪芭,味道好fresh。雖然佢哋嘅食物質素普普通通,但係喺繁華的都市中都算係一個可以令人暫時忘卻煩惱的小花園。 continue reading

由細到大都唔鐘意逼🤫所以咩都鐘意提早慶祝架今日就提早慶祝媽媽節🎂(雖然話孝順既日日都係母親節😋,但都想有個籍口帶屋企人岀去食個飯開心下啦)上OpenRice 搵到哩間小店因為每次同屋企人岀去食,拒地都鐘意有set,可以有湯、有餐飲甜品etc 👍🏻而Rondavy 就有相關既提供老闆係自己一手一腳打理餐廳好坦白講,食物質素係一般,但加分既地方係拒既服務同拒所有小裝飾餐具擺設都務求令顧客置身好舒服既環境入邊relax 享受飲食既過程。我會再去既,試埋拒地既tea set 同支持香港既小店🤞🏻 continue reading

今日午餐試了這間樓上cafe, 這餐廳近時代廣場,地理方便,易揾,老闆亦好好人,好nice!環境優美,都算闊落,牆上有大型手繪花園油畫,很有心思!食物方面,今日試左三文魚水煮蛋,水煮蛋加入沙律醬味道尚可,特別鍾意薯條,佢用蕃薯炸成,甜甜地好好食!飲品方面,我選了椰子咖啡,好重椰香,拉花都好靚!甜品,有豆腐糕,香茅糕,咖喱曲奇,味道唔錯。呢餐$152, 價錢以午餐來計算較貴,但如果想歎個下午茶,可以試一試~ continue reading

呢一篇諗咗好耐,究竟加唔加入「好友狂嚐曲」嘅系列,因為,嚴格嚟講,佢絕對唔喺曲奇,但個名稱又跟曲奇扯上關係,就喺嚟自「Rondavy's Artisan Kitchen」嘅Sconkie。粉藍色嘅包裝盒,仲要襯上喱士花帶,少女味十足,難以想像喺送俾小弟呢個麻甩佬作為生日禮物,實在太多謝友人餽贈。咁咩叫做Sconkie呢?其實,取自Scone+Cookie,但完全唔太曲奇嘅元素,至少成份上牛油排到最後,份量佔得非常之少,只可以睇為迷你版嘅士乾(Scone),或者做成曲奇呎吋嘅士乾。內裡共有6款Sconkie ,全獨立包裝,跟住,再慢慢逐款細嚐,跟大家分享。Earl Grey睇佢外觀,就知用料十足,未食都已經聞到伯爵茶嘅香氣。入口,跟食一般嘅士乾分別唔太,乾乾哋身,軟軟腍腍,但茶味真喺濃郁。Sesame輪到芝麻味,同樣喺芝麻味突出,咬到細碎嘅黑芝麻。其實,士乾嘅質感唔喺人人都識欣賞,佢哋棄曲奇,而做成士乾,都有少少冒險。Ginger睇樣就唔知哋點,要試吓先知龍與鳳。咬落,啲薑味確喺幾出,帶微微辛味。Garlic蒜味嘅嘢一向討人歡心,因為夠香濃惹味。呢粒士乾嘅蒜味,亦都夠晒強勁,未入口都聞到。Coffee相對以上嘅味道嚟講,咖啡味則比較大眾化,但同樣做得出色,咖啡味都頗香醇,配番杯咖啡,一流啦!Cocoa取而代之嘅,喺比朱古力更濃、更甘苦嘅可可口味。可可味挺濃郁,帶微微嘅苦味,感覺不俗。文初都有講,Sconkie理論上視為迷你版嘅士乾,所以,放咗晌「好友狂嚐曲」嘅系列之內,明顯有點抽水之嫌,名符其實嘅偽曲奇食評,哈哈。 continue reading
