打敗仗停更左一個星期,最近嘅流感真係好勁,加上轉天氣大家都要保重身體😣搵番倉底貨,發現竟然漏咗呢間「老字號」酒家——「喜萬年酒樓」未介紹😏 小編都係聽朋友介紹,30多年老店應該有番咁上下質素啦,誰不知食完真係成肚氣,得個「嬲」字😤《 點心 》 3 / 5 $30-$49整體野食唔算差,有某幾款都好出色,例如「上湯鮮竹卷」又長又厚,裡面好足料,湯頭亦好清甜👍🏻而最基本嘅「燒賣」同「蝦餃」,反而味道普通,蝦餃皮亦十分之厚身😖 「流沙奶皇包」只係普通奶皇包,做唔到流心效果🥲 「煎腸粉」就中規中矩,「牛肉蒸腸粉」就幾滑👍🏻 經典甜品「椰汁紅豆糕」口感彈牙,椰味清甜👍🏻 不過整體價錢嚟講偏高,呢個價錢值得更高嘅水準😕最令人生氣反而喺服務態度方面😤 話說當日等位已經用咗接近半個鐘,算係尾圍入去飲茶,食到距離落場仲有半個鐘已經feel到佢地好急執拾,甚至係我地隔籬枱大大力換檯布,搞到揚左勁多塵過嚟,當時我哋仲要成枱嘢食,咁樣樣都已經食唔落,而店員亦毫無歉意,只係望左我哋一眼😱😱😱😨😨😨 單靠老字號個名撐住,連基本服務態度都俾唔到,只係單靠老顧客係度食情懷😬 continue reading

喜萬年是我們公司飯聚的地方,食物是中上,點心是不錯的。但近來,服務質素下降,本人認為價錢中上的食店,都需要提供相等的服務質素,但竟然可以惡過客人,自問我是有禮貌叫她收碟,但她一手搶過後,還面黑黑,之後我和同事說出我的不滿,再望了那侍應一眼,她就好大聲說:我都收左碟,你想點,我和同事都嚇呆了,中上價錢,大排檔服務/語氣,我深信,除了因為老品牌可以吸引老顧客外,這樣的服務,我個人應該不會要惠顧 continue reading

喜萬年是一家老牌的中式酒家,於1972年已經開業,曾經歷多次的搬遷,現時在灣仔英皇集團地庫營業。今次一群人預訂了一圍菜,前菜有岩鹽燒牛舌,厚厚的牛舌只感非常豐富,亦很美味,另外亦有黃金沙涼瓜條、滷水豬生腸,及蜜炙燒排骨。主菜方面,乳豬全體上枱時有閃燈,非常有趣,當然乳豬也很脆皮可口。冬瓜盅用料十足。最值得一讚是古法鹽焗龍崗雞,是用新鮮雞泡製,還附有一副雞雜,其他酒樓少有。甜品方面,蓮茸西米焗布甸一定要試,布甸有椰香味,甜度適中。另一要試的是懷舊雞蛋散,這道甜品不是太多酒樓食肆提供。 continue reading
