食物比出面大排檔貴少少,份量同出面就差唔多,唯獨是避風塘鮮魷份量比較細叫咗咕嚕肉,冇特別外脆內軟,普通咕嚕肉,唔嚡口唔韌食落去都腍嘅,味道係唔錯蜜糖黑椒薯仔牛柳粒,我就覺得甜味可以多少少,同埋薯仔唔夠香口,平時出面大排檔檔嗰啲薯仔咁覺有少少煎炸過,表面有啲香口會好食啲,牛柳粒冇咩特別,都係腍嘅唔會話好靭或者鞋避風塘鮮魷,呢個嘅份量好少,比我預計中少,大約一隻手掌份量,同埋味道都冇乜,避風塘嘅味道落得唔夠,但係又唔似椒鹽鮮魷鹹香,變咗好似天婦羅咁,唔知點解叫避風塘,其實啲味道都唔會貴,點解唔落多少少呢?好難訂位, Walk in都要排好耐隊,質素嚟講唔係差,但係如果咁難先至食到,呢個質素我就覺得冇咩特別,唔值得特登排隊咁耐,同埋佢嘅價錢都比起普通大排檔貴少少環境係闊落嘅,不過啲凳係金屬嘅硬凳,坐耐少少屁股會痛,服務正正常常,唔差嘅,餸菜都嚟得快整體嚟講唔會話佢差,但係又唔覺得值得排咁耐去食,所以都係試一次就夠,因為感覺同其他大排檔冇咩太大分別 continue reading

朋友聽過「楚撚記大排檔」大名很久,但一直難於book位,所以遲遲未嚐。適逢他最近升職,提早book了檯為他慶祝,來一償他的小願望7pm準時到達,剛好有一批食客已經陸續上樓,所以我們來到也沒有等候太久,店員已經即時安排我們入座(之前試過即使訂了座,因為食客太多,也等待了好一段時間才能入座呢)。不知是否真的有部份人選擇了北上消費,雖然全場滿席,但感覺客人數量真的沒從前那麼誇張。「楚撚記」有幾款招牌小菜,我們點了「黃金椒鹽粟米」&「炸大腸配菠蘿」,其實我平常不吃豬大腸的,覺得污糟又怕肥,不過這裡的炸大腸有點不一樣,它的擺盤看起來比較像乳豬,大腸變成片狀,裡面的脂肪處理得挺乾淨的,再夾著清新的菠蘿,讓整件事很容易令人接受,而且大腸炸得脆脆的,超級適合配搭啤酒。「黃金椒鹽粟米」的鹹蛋很重料,不鹹但很惹味,這個也是非常好的下酒菜另外點了「豉椒炒涼瓜」、「豉椒炒蜆」&「豉油王炒麵」,涼瓜炒得比較軟身,個人比較偏好爽口一些;炒蜆的份量還好,只是蜆肉算不上飽滿;炒麵多些蔥 & 芽菜這些配料,口感會更好。不過這三道菜的味道就偏鹹了一點,明白大排檔吃的是重口味,讓食客喝多些啤酒也是生意之道,不過少鹽一點,對於現代追求健康的香港人,應該會更受歡迎「楚撚記」的裝修很有港式風格,食物水準也不錯,埋單每人二百多,價錢不貴,不過食大排檔,限時90分鐘,真的太趕。趕著吃、趕著吹水,啤酒還未趕得及多開一支,就要趕著交檯了,個人認為這是一間值得一試的打卡餐廳但港式大排檔係食風味、食氣氛,為嘅係同朋友喝著啤酒,搶著說話,喝至微薰,聊到盡興,如果真的要一班朋友盡興,還是不用限時的地道大排檔最讚 continue reading

Book咗星期五夜晚7:00,我哋拎住個生日蛋糕6:40到咗,然後我哋要求櫃枱阿姐幫手放個蛋糕入雪櫃。阿姐同意咗,並且提醒有人頭計的切餅費(每人$10),我哋同意切餅費價錢,之後阿姐交帶樓面同事放蛋糕入雪櫃。結果樓面同事8:00拎蛋糕黎果時個蛋糕明顯無雪過。另外放低蛋糕就走左,冇主動問是否要幫手切蛋糕同埋點蠟燭。食物方面尚算不錯,上菜速度都ok,1.5小時用餐時間夠食完,飯後奉送的紅豆沙水準都可以,侍應態度正正常常。普通聚餐可以,但唔太識處理生日晚飯。 continue reading
