朝早做完gym就去左附近嘅海之戀商場揾野食 之後就見到呢間TETSU 咁我見到有沾麵就去試下喇 我就叫左哲盛沾麵 (魚介豚骨高湯)和風水餃子。 先講沾麵,我比較鐘意食凍嘅麵,所以冷熱果度就簡左冷。麵係粗麵,而都ok彈牙,幾有咬感。叉燒都5錯,不過就太瘦,d肉有d rough,而呢個麵有温泉蛋,超正。另外,再講下個湯,個濃湯嘅味幾正,但美中不足嘅就係湯唔夠熱,冇一種可以同冷麵撈埋一齊嘅感覺,不過當你食曬碗麵,可以問店員要d高湯,加埋原先嘅湯就超級正,好好飲,好有鮮味。而水餃就冇乜太大特別,不過果餡都ok,幾足料。 continue reading

今日陪同太太、女兒一家下午行DONKI,行完有少少餓,諗住食少少嘢先返屋企煮DONKI買嘅戰利品。最後因為拎住太多嘢,所以在就腳食碗拉麵,選擇咗呢間麵屋哲。因為只係想食少少份量,所以點了碗濃厚豚骨拉麵一齊share,習慣食麵前喝口湯,湯夠熱,豚骨味正常,但有少少偏鹹,可能是個人口味問題,油膩感不算重,木耳正常爽脆沒渣,蔥花味都可以,然後試一下麵條,是有些微彈性的,軟硬度適中,再來試一口日式叉燒,味道也是正正常常,總結來講,是一碗正常合格水平日本拉麵。還跟了一客吉列蝦小食,吉列蝦是即叫即炸的,非常之熱,麵包糠外皮香脆配以沙律醬同食很香口。 continue reading

價錢ok, 麵質ok, 料ok, 汁味道ok, 最大問題係D 汁只係暖暖地,食咗兩注麵已經凍晒。沾麵湯唔夠熱真係死罪好影響成碗麵, D  野整得幾好都冇用. D 湯一凍成碗野好難入口,D 叉燒過完冷河好漏, 個麵完冷河好硬。我自己食咗一半己經頂唔住食唔落.  只係夠熱成碗野會完全唔同晒~ 希望店主改善下。 continue reading

今日收工又係一個人返屋企啦!係荃灣西站站落左車之後,就行去海之戀商場搵下野食啦!行到去donki 個foodcourt, 都好多人呀!但係由於限聚令關係,好少枱,坐滿晒食客,但係見到間麵屋哲又好想食wor, 於是就買左先,邊等野食邊等位啦!我就點左個1號餐哲濃沾麵啦!可惜就無得加麵,因為我就真係好鍾意食日本拉麵呀!等左大約十分鐘左右就有,咁岩又有位啦!咁就即刻坐低食啦!首先係試下d配料先,筍嘅份量都係多,但係就凍嘅,到個湯啦!個湯望落去有d奇怪,個膠碗好熱,個湯表面有層衣,感覺係係微波爐處理完後攞出黎,湯味道ok,夠濃同埋魚介豚骨味道好出,但係認真裡面個湯撥開層衣都係無咩煙出,咁就唯有襯熱食啦!麵條粉量都好充足,未放落湯前個麵都係凍呀,我當佢係因為過冷河啦!但係個湯就真係唔夠熱,點完都係暖暖地,食到尾都已經係凍,本身係好好味呀!湯夠濃,麵質彈牙而有口感,而塊叉燒都係凍,睇返之前d食評話無左粒熱石,我相信e個就係分別啦!因為d湯係日本運過黎,如果keep住煲佢會愈煲愈濃,微波爐叮只係可以加熱表面果層,中間加粒熱石就可以全碗湯都熱啦!其實碗麵真係幾好味呀,麵夠彈牙,湯夠濃味及香味!係d野唔夠熱,解決到就好好啦!唔係就好似食冷麵咁樣啦! continue reading
