芳香的白松露於每年10月至12月正值當造期!這刻去品嚐這桌上的鑽石正合時宜。想吃高質素的白松露菜式當然要去意大利餐廳!這天相約好友來到海景嘉福洲際酒店一起品嚐那份芳香滋味,甫踏進酒店已看見超有節日氣氛的聖誕樹,樹上掛滿了小廚師熊啤啤可愛到不行。我們來到主打正宗經典意大利菜的Theo Mistral開餐!這兒由英國頂級名廚Theo Randall掌舵,Theo Randall來頭不少耶他於倫敦的餐廳Theo Randall被譽為是當地最佳的意大利餐廳之一,這天終於來朝聖真的叫我期待萬分。餐廳用上陶瓷地磚而牆上則有精美的手繪陶瓷碟作裝飾,配襯實木的餐桌感覺非常溫馨自在。甫坐下服務員隨即送上麵包籃內裏有Focaccia也有Grissini,但我必須留肚嘆白松露菜式所以直接跳過去。打頭陣是SFOMATO DI FONTINA TALEGGIO E TARTUFO BIANCO焗意大利阿爾巴白松露芝士梳乎厘$588,此品用上多款芝士混合炮製而成端來時已經香氣四溢惹人垂涎。而這天的主角意大利阿爾巴白松露亦華麗上場!如鑽石般吸睛的Alba閃耀在我們眼前,每道白松露菜式也於堂前現刨5g感覺非常奢華,如果想再吃得招積一點可以將白松露加碼按重量收費$120/g。首先將一片白松露放入嘴巴之中以純真的味蕾細味品嚐,芳香的甜味洋溢於味蕾之上太動盪了吧!伴著濃郁鹹香的芝士疏乎厘味道銷魂得可以,但也挺為飽肚小胃子的朋友要少吃多滋味哦。緊接著是我期待的TAGLIERINI ALLA PIEMONTESE意大利阿爾巴白松露新鮮幼麵$648,因為我覺得麵條跟白松露絕對是天作之合。自家製的全蛋麵以芝士來炮製入口滿滿的質感非常Al dente,再加上芳香無比的白松露味道高潮迭起。這一客AGNOLOTTI D'OCA慢煮鵝肉雲吞$268,用上意式煙肉、巴馬芝士及牛肝菌來炮製,濃郁的鵝肉藏在煙靭的雲吞之內,配襯上香氣撲鼻的羊肚菌汁帶出非常滿足的味道。主菜我選吃CERNIA AI FINFERLI E SPUMANTE煎焗石斑魚柳配意大利阿爾巴白松露$728。石斑魚柳口感紮實伴菜有豐富的雞油菌、茴香、菜及蘆筍,配襯意大利汽酒調配而成的醬汁跟白松露非常匹好滋味。而嗜牛的好友則品嚐TAGLIATA DI VITELLO E TARTUFO BIANCO香烤意大利牛仔柳配意大利阿爾巴白松露$748。除了牛仔柳之外配菜也非常吸引!包括有芹菜蓉、薯仔泡沫、甘筍、紅菜頭及瑞士甜菜,除了肉類之外還有多款蔬菜營養非常均衡。每次跟朋友吃飯甜品絕對是不能少的一道菜式!先來CROSTATA DI LIMONI DI AMALFI自家製檸檬撻$118,配搭焦糖杏仁、風乾檸檬片及酸忌廉拼出酸酸甜甜的口味,真的非常適合吃至滿足頂點的我們享用。甜品菜式同樣可以品嚐這桌上的鑽石!好像這客TORTA AL FORMAGGIO E TARTUFO BIANCO白松露軟芝士蛋糕$588,超喜歡蛋糕上那件意式蛋白酥鬆脆的口感非常討我歡心!另外還有淡芝士忌廉和雲呢拿雪糕也是白松露非常好的朋友。 大家也趁著這短短的白松露當造期來品嚐一場天花板的誘人味道啦。 continue reading

最近食咗幾間自助餐想同大家分享下大部分嘅自助餐都有好多variety但缺點係冇着重每道菜嘅質素今次呢間Semi buffet主打意大利菜🇮🇹雖然食物選擇比較少但正正因為咁每樣食材都處理得好啲Semi buffet嘅玩法係全部嘢都可以任食但個Main course就只可以揀一樣(Starter如果揀咗湯就冇Antipasti table㗎喇~)STARTER✧ THEO'S ANTIPASTI TABLE有各種各樣嘅頭盤首先每枱都會有啲麵包、醋同olive oil🫒本豬大推芝麻條🥖脆嘅時候真係好好食好有芝麻香(*≧∀≦*)呢度ham都有唔同選擇🐖:Prosciutto、好肥嘅Lardo、Salami牛舌落咗啲好重口嘅醬本豬就唔太喜歡最鐘意嘅係拎返幾塊parma ham嚟捲melon🥓🍈仲有好多沙律菜🥗、芝士🧀、菇🍄印象最深刻嘅係Fritata蛋餅🍳索咗啲菜汁之餘食落去又係蛋嘅texture最啱用嚟呃偏食嘅寶寶kekekeMAIN COURSE✧ RISOTTO GORGONZOLA, SPECK E FUNGHI SELVATICI本豬幾鐘意佢哋呢隻Gorgonzola cheese嘅香味🪤仲有啲菇同smoked speck ham喺上面🍄飯粒同一般嘅risotto一樣用Acquerello carnaroli rice都係偏硬身🍚✧ LINGUINE AL NERO DI SEPPIA, CARCIOFI, VONGOLE E BOTTARGA呢個墨汁扁麵條好硬🦑有烏魚子、蕃茄、蜆等配菜食落偏向茄汁味🥫✧ TONNO ALLA NAPOLI係咪本豬孤陋寡聞呢個吞拿魚上碟唔係全熟🐟但事先又冇問過客人味道方面覺得個調味偏咸✧ MAKE YOUR OWN PIZZA介紹個隱藏玩法俾大家(=゚ω゚)ノ叫得make your own pizza咁上咗菜之後梗係加下料🤌🏻🍕加多幾塊parma ham咬落去又咸又蕃茄味又mozzarella cheese係大大大大滿足~DESSERT✧ Theo's selection of dessertsAka my main course kekeke雖然本豬好鐘意甜品🍬但講真呢度都唔係全部嘢嚟引到我其中有幾個想推薦俾大家(排名已分先後)第一係 開 心 果 panna cotta‼️初頭見到淺綠色本豬仲以為係綠茶/青檸之類點知行近見到開心果碎即刻果斷拎返幾杯作為開心果控嘅本豬閱果無數夠膽講呢個味係濃到夜到市面上八成甜品至於上面黃色button就係落咗色揀嘅白朱古力🍫第二個推嘅係Tiramisu雖然一路食一路話佢個presentation麻麻事關佢一大盤放喺度俾人蹂躪好快會變到好核特但留意到餐廳都不斷有refill新嘅味道方面亦都係食過數一數二嘅好因為外面嘅tiramisu好少做到咖啡酒味皆濃呢度做到之餘Mascarpone cheese仲要好夠咸香🍮第三係Lemon Tart個檸檬夠酸但甜味亦都夠🍋唯一批批嘅係個tart皮未做到曲奇味除此之外呢度仲有Pear tart🥧, Biscotti, Pastry, Chocolate cheesecake, 生果等等COFFEE OR TEA今日唔想飲檸茶又唔想飲齋啡🍹嘗試下叫latte原來係有嘅但係冇mocha不過飯後coffee or tea竟然有拉花☕️想highlight返人均都係$300幾架咋! continue reading

位於海景嘉福洲際酒店的Theo Mistral by Theo Randall ~ 主打意大利菜,網站介紹菜式全是大廚精心挑選時令食材炮製而成,提供一系列來自意大利的美酒佳釀予食客。是日小妹有幸和朋友們到訪,品嚐佢地嘅早午餐😚Brunch~~有前菜、沙律、冷盤、甜品區,自助餐形式,煙三文魚、凍蝦等新鮮,基本的應有盡有,甜品就當然一定要試意大利芝士蛋糕‘’提拉米蘇‘’,係著名嘅意大利甜點,充滿咖啡酒味,意大利芝士幼滑,口感細膩飽滿,‘’芝‘’味無窮主菜~~整體不錯,其中一款‘’CARRE DI AGNELLO‘’,羊架相當出式,選用來自澳大利亞羊肉架,烤得剛剛好,配上波爾圖酒醬,外酥內嫩,香氣撲鼻餐廳用膳環境優雅舒適,服務員親切有禮😄 continue reading

香港現在的餐飲業情況並不樂觀, 甚至進入冰河時期, 而且影響的不只是廉價的, 較為高級的食肆生存也很困難, 只希望多吃平時喜歡的, 樓下的紀錄除了可以給自己緬懷一番外, 如果有心人見到, 也可以去光顧支持一下. 北上消費飲食再次成為一個潮流, 但還是覺得西餐在香港吃會正宗和開心一點, 正如這家一樣, 就是一頓熟悉而舒服的意大利餐, 雖然說是傳統的意大利菜式, 但頭盤有疏乎厘也是相當有趣, 當然是鹹食的, 已打碎的椰菜配上羊奶和牛奶芝士, 鹹香而口感比一般的順滑及實在, 作為頭盤不需要太多的空氣感, 說是疏乎厘不如說是焗芝士. 意粉想升級一點, 可以吃配上龍蝦和魚子醬的扁意粉, 配以蕃茄醬和辣椒, 鮮味和鹹味, 有恰如其份的果酸味和末段微微的辛辣, 層次豐富, 這些食材的水準在香港維持高質的信心, 也是繼續在這裏消費的理由. continue reading
