Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我在餐廳預約自助晚餐與慶祝家人的生日。考慮到特殊的場合和價格，我期望能夠享受一頓豐盛的自助餐，然而，我對這次餐廳體驗感到非常失望。雖然每人花費近650元，但餐廳提供的食物遠遠不足以彌補這個價格。自助餐台上的選擇非常有限，而且品質並不出色。更糟糕的是，晚餐時段是晚上6時開始及9時結束，我在7時半到達餐廳後一些主打菜品在餐廳就已經耗盡，而餐廳的員工似乎並沒有及時補充。整個用餐時段我只能吃到小量熱食、刺身及沙律，連甜品也吃不到！這種食物質量的低劣讓我感到非常失望，特別是考慮到這是一家接近機場並且接待世界各地旅客的酒店餐廳。令人吃不飽的自助餐簡直是匪而所思！每人近650元的價格對於一頓自助餐來說實在太高了。考慮到提供的食物質量和種類的匱乏，這筆花費絕對不值得。我期望能夠在這樣的價格下享受到更多的選擇和高品質的食物。總而言之，這次餐廳自助餐的經歷令我非常失望。食物質量低劣，服務冷淡，價格過高，這些問題都讓我對餐廳的整體價值感到質疑。我不會推薦這家餐廳作為慶祝場合或特殊的用餐選擇，希望餐廳能夠改進並提供更好的用餐體驗。 continue reading

    I've gone to this place a few times with my family, and I heard they have a new Mediterranean dinner buffet going on, so I decided to give it a shot. They have a range of Mediterranean-style dishes to choose from, and I tried some of the lamb chops, seafood pizzas, octopuses, mussels, crab claws, and so on. Their lamb chops were delicious; the flavour was well-balanced, tendered, juicy and not way too fatty! The ingredients seemed to be pretty fresh, and the majority of the food tasted well-seasoned. They also serve churros and many flavours of Movenpick ice creams for dessert.  Overall, the selection is decent, and I would recommend you to give it a go. Thanks for good food, great service, and another top notch experience.Rum lovers should try out the Rum & Grape flavoured Movenpick Ice Cream.The place was very clean as usual.     📍藝廊咖啡室 富豪機場酒店最近有懷舊香港美食主題自助餐，入面有好多香港以前嘅懷舊小食，啄啄糖，菠蘿油，砵仔糕，糖蔥餅等等，質素仲要唔差，睇得又食得😜魚生海鮮區有齊一般嘅刺身，三文魚油甘魚等等，壽司方面我最鍾意炙燒三文魚🍣仲有其他煙三文魚，東風螺，青口都有，全部都幾新鮮我最鍾意嘅熟食區有超多選擇，最基本嘅烤羊架，牛扒，呢啲都係必食，另外仲有辣酒煮東風螺，蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子，避風塘炒蝦等等，仲有超級好食嘅脆皮五香豬腩，好正好有風味🤤除咗呢啲之外，仲有泰式串燒，印度咖喱仲有關東煮，勁多唔同嘅菜式～去到甜品區，有超過10種口味Movenpick任食，然後仲有甘筍蛋糕，芝士蛋糕，蘋果批，仲有勁好食嘅好立克木糠布甸，薑檸樂啫喱同埋維他奶布甸，好特別，出面都未食過，仲要好好食😍 continue reading
