訂了星期一,12點。商務用餐。佢哋說用餐75分鐘,1:15分鐘要交枱。OK冇問題。他們星期一開11:30,我11:45到,他們堅持要1:00還枱。我說早少少開定茶等客人,經理論後,櫃檯小姐黑曬面寫了張飛俾我入去。其實佢哋都係訂座,我按原定1:15走,對佢哋有好大影響?唔使西曬面吧!入坐後幾個服務員輪流介紹”特別貴”的湯比我,我問佢2個人會唔會太多,佢話唔會。當我落單時,是另外一個服務員說已售完,又話你地兩個人,都飲唔曬啦🤔,叫我叫其他野。11:30開門,12:00便售完,真係好攪笑。 後來又說攪錯,總之各有各說!12:45已經走過來說我夠鈡,要食快啲!我話你地炒面又末上,我係1:15交枱。佢哋竟然話我冇叫,後來又發覺原來係佢自己漏單。2個人食了$9xx,太興叉燒好食過佢。加上佢哋服務一絕,拜拜啦,冇下次!我走時還有幾張吉枱,為什麼唔可以比客人坐一陣?難怪咁多人上大陸消費,起碼當你係人! continue reading

上嚟到這家餐廳,環境寧靜得嚟,仲帶着點子高級feel。唔洗等位就算得啦,但當晚茶飲黎得勁快,一坐低就送上嚟,已經係個好開始!食物方面,我最頂讚個片皮鴨,皮脆肉香,夠曬滋味,點埋餅同醬料一齊食,咬落去真係好有層次;流口水喇😋!然後就係招牌蜜汁叉燒了,啖啖都肥美多汁,甜嘅剛剛好,唔會攞命甜到溢出嚟,簡直係重溫童年嘅味道。但呢,口水雞就話唔上係靚炸,肉質夠滑,呷一啖開胃得嚟又過癮,不過個辣椒醬就欠缺少少火候,如果再足啲辣勁,嗰種興奮感一定上嚟。唔少得嘅點心都算得意,蘿蔔絲餅外皮酥脆,入到口即化,但填餡可以再加把勁。整體嚟講,這家餐廳個水準真係穩定過海底撈,服務員勁有耐性,對我哋每個小要求都好有禮貌答應。食下飯,有咁賞心悅目嘅環境,加上有禮嘅服務,真係食得好開心。好彩今晚打得波,肯定再返嚟搞搞肚!👍🍽🎉 continue reading

以往常曾多次去九龍灣利苑飲茶,知道11:30 入座,12:45 要離開。 但覺食物味道唔錯,服務態度也良好,所以用餐時間短都會去飲茶。但今天上午去飲茶,真令人失望!叫咗一碟例牌叉燒($155)叉燒靱靭哋,唔得淋滑,比以往遜色!打包咗一碟芋絲春卷,外賣盒要兩蚊單(通常$1),但都冇問過我,就俾個袋又要收兩蚊,仲要+1!12:40已埋單,侍應仲再三催促我哋快啲離座,但當時尚未到12:45!😡利苑嘅服務態度點解差咗咁多?!飲過這餐茶後,我都唔想再去利苑飲茶! 😥 continue reading

中午時分食飯,一個中年男夥計,推介所謂「蟹粉小籠包」。一時冇問價錢,答應他叫了三隻,直覺上以為係一籠三隻。上菜後,發現是各自放在碗內的一個匙羹大的小籠包。賣相很差,而且個蟹粉小籠包得一個匙羹大。食落去入邊冇汁,唔覺什麼蟹粉,竟然埋單時發覺是$62 1隻,咁樣搵人笨,完全當人係傻嘅。之前同一個夥計又介紹一個商務套餐。一個XO醬炒墨魚片。嗰啲蜜糖10分老,墨魚片又十分之韌,仲有一個小食係沙拉螺頭, 10分難食。重配一個所謂龍蝦湯的米線,入邊大部份材料只有米線,個湯底完全唔覺什麼龍蝦汁。不過最嬲都係嗰個$62的一隻蟹粉小籠包,咁唔老實做生意,唔怪之得香港人唔喺香港消費。 continue reading

初頭見到啲評語好差,也担心會否中伏。但老人家好想去,就試試吧!食物質素义燒- ok燒腩仔 - 有水準忘了什麼菜的水晶餃,好細粒,味道ok 食物水準是無問題,只是趕少少,不可以嘆茶,慢慢傾,用餐時間是1小時15 分鐘。所以要嘆茶,就不要去呢間啦,食個快飯,就無問題。這是呢間公司嘅管理層的決定,所以真係唔好難為d 員工,人哋都係搵兩餐啫。由攞位時,門口的支客已經好緊張同我講,要12:45 還枱。坐低後,也溫馨提示多一次。也有來推銷湯水,我明白這是指定動作,禮貌地回答唔需要,謝謝,就可以了。每次舉手找人來,侍應是飛僕埋來,坦白講,我感受到他們好大壓力,好繃緊。因為他們要滿足公司的要求,一個午巿,要返幾轉客。所以他們毫不放鬆咁招呼客人。服務態度是好的,也是欣賞的。12:40 有人過來請我們埋單先,我們都好識做即埋。 continue reading
