To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實冇咩特別好講，不過覺得衛生環境可以首先要改善一下，因為有啲烏蠅飛嚟飛去另外啲點心基本上每樣嘢上到枱都唔熱嘅，呢度就扣好多分，我哋有叫到好幾樣唔同嘅點心，腸粉，蝦餃，蘿蔔糕，等等。。。每樣嘢都好一般，唔係難食嘅，不過賣相同味道都唔係特別好，最重要就係頭先講到啦，啲嘢唔熱，味道即刻又再減半反而最後叫咗個野生椒雪菜肉絲炆米，算係全日最好食嘅一樣嘢，因為有野生椒特別嘅辣味，令到成個米粉好惹味人均要148蚊飲餐茶，呢個質素我唔會再去

昨晚，朋友邀請到中港城煌府婚宴專門店，出席一個慈善團體晚宴，場地不错，適合婚宴和大型晚宴。大部份餸菜都非常美味，例如：紅燒竹笙雞絲翅，濃香美味；福祿金錢扣八頭鮑魚，花菇厚，鮑魚甜。鮑螺絲撈麵，非常惹味。陳皮紅豆沙，粵式晚宴最喜愛的糖水,恰到好處，微甜，香濃紅豆味，最佳的晚飯结局。印象最深刻，那出色的杏片百花球，彈口，有鮮蝦香味，暖暖的，真係好好味。

今日來到尖沙咀，揀了位於新港中心煌府婚宴專門店的出色中菜館。名為婚宴專門店，裝修當然是精緻漂亮，有非常多的婚宴打卡位，是婚宴的理想場地。菜牌不是太多，所以好昜揀到菜式。坐下後，餐廳先送上小食，裡面有蠶豆、花生、聰明豆、魚皮豆等，都是卜卜脆的香口小食。深海龍躉兩食$368 ，翡翠炒龍躉球及金菇木耳蒸頭腩。翡翠炒龍躉球，裏面有雲耳、青紅椒、韭黃……，少少紅蘿蔔片做為點綴，增加色調，龍躉片厚切，經輕煎過，微金黃色，令有魚味的龍躉更帶有煎香。伴碟的西蘭花，腍度剛剛好，清脆爽口，食得出用高湯煮。金菇木耳蒸頭腩，蒸頭腩又是另一種食法及味道，味道清新，咸味不重，帶出魚的清甜！裏面也是有雲耳、金菇、青紅椒……等等。食完後餐廳還送上一個甜品~杞子桂花糕，甜品不太甜，口感軟軟滑滑， 是很好的飯後甜品。配返個冰凍的可樂，食得頗滿足的一餐。餐廳環境舒適優雅，服務也不錯，值得再來。

不時會同老公去酒樓飲早茶或者晚上食小菜同海鮮🥰 今次係尖沙咀新港中心煌府食晚餐。呢道裝修好靚好閃，真係好適合做婚宴場地🎉✨門口都有好多打卡位😍⭐️ 金蒜銀絲蒸元貝好大隻扇貝！職員話淨返last one!! 我地即刻叫返隻🤤上面舖咗好多粉絲同蒜蓉，最後灑上滾油，令蒜蓉味道更香。元貝厚肉肥美，肉質彈牙。⭐️ 荷蘭車厘茄木耳木耳加咗香醋，味道酸酸地好開胃！車厘茄好清甜。⭐️ 鳳梨咕嚕黑豚肉黑豚肉炸得微脆，亦保持到肉汁。咕嚕醬汁濃稠，夾起有少少拉絲。酸甜有致，唔錯。⭐️ 蜜餞一字叉燒叉燒肉質較瘦，但食落都好軟腍。外層燒得焦香，蜜汁香甜而不膩，拌飯一流。⭐️晩茶⭐️花生⭐️加一服務費📍煌府婚宴專門店尖沙咀廣東道30號新港中心3樓307號舖
