放工約咗朋友喺銅鑼灣行街,行街前決定試一試呢間壽司店🍣🍣嗌咗自選壽司拼盤,一嚟到賣相好似唔錯👍🏻食落去就覺得質素一般🥲本人認為壽司郎或者元氣比較好食,亦都唔值呢個價錢🫣=============================座位上安排得比較迫,好似坐緊茶餐廳咁,左邊嗰位男士嘅手臂經常與我左臂擦身而過。如果用呢個價錢食晚飯,又坐到咁,食完接壽司都唔使20分鐘🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

突然好想食壽司於是上網睇下邊度有壽司好食🤔睇左食評見到銅鑼灣li間餐廳既壽司好似評語唔錯,於是特登黎試!晚餐時間6:30pm到餐廳客,人唔算多,十幾個既座位得一半滿🙈餐廳用qr code落單,叫左兩個套餐食,五分鐘後就已經上左菜😇壽司睇落賣相還好,但食落就幾失望….刺身唔係特別新鮮,壽司紫菜有d淋,壽司飯就有少少酸,尤其是拖羅個舊壽司🍣…我同朋友食十分鐘就食完,男仔食完應該唔會有飽既感覺😅😅😅我同朋友大家對望左一眼,決定專場再食😅我地覺得就算唔睇價錢,去元氣食壽司都會好味過係li度食🙃🙃🙃睇埋個價錢就更加😅😅整體而言係令人失望既晚餐,唔推薦大家黎食🫣

💡高質抵食日式之前食過太子分店都已經覺得唔錯,今次就同朋友黎到銅鑼灣的雲壽司,感覺滿足。連續多年獲得米芝蓮推介,質素果然有番咁上下,而且價錢仲要好抵食。拼盤一人餐($168),包括有刺身×2+壽司×5+迷你饅魚飯。🍽刺身🐠有三文魚及帶子,新鮮的三文魚和帶子帶好鮮美口感,魚肉鮮嫩多汁,帶子則帶有淡淡的甜味。切得均勻的薄片展現了食材的精細度,讓人感受到廚師的巧手。🍽壽司🍣有赤蝦,左口魚邊,真鯛,吞拿魚面頰肉同埋三文魚籽壽司。赤蝦:赤蝦好新鮮,具有濃郁的甜味和豐富的口感。左口魚:左口魚是一種深海魚,肉質豐潤而緊實,具有濃郁的鮮味和微妙的甜味。真鯛:清爽的口感和溫和的鮮味,肉質柔軟,呈現淡粉紅色,好有彈性。吞拿魚面頰肉:吞拿魚的面頰肉係魚身上最軟嫩部位之一,有豐富的油脂和鮮甜的味道,肉質細嫩而濕潤。三文魚籽壽司:有好多三文魚籽鋪左係上面,滿滿的口感。🍽迷你饅魚飯🐠鰻魚經過炭火燒烤,外皮酥脆、內裡鮮嫩多汁。搭配珍珠米飯,口感絕佳。每一口都能感受到鰻魚的濃郁香氣和獨特的醬汁味道,令人垂涎欲滴。鰻魚肉質細緻,入口即化,帶來滿足感。

銅鑼灣壽司店比比皆是,要突圍而出必須有真功夫。雲壽司可說是其中一間高質之選。今晚和朋友便點了北海丼及特上壽司拼盤共同享用。北海丼內有吞拿魚腩、油甘魚、帶子、左口魚邊、海膽、三文魚及三文魚籽。所有食材均肥美鮮味,配上薑片和wasabi吃,口感一絕。特上壽司拼盤則包括吞拿魚腩、深海池魚、銀鱈魚、池魚、帶子、火炙左口魚邊、三文魚籽、海膽、魴鮄及葱吞拿魚腩壽司。首次吃魴鮄壽司,這種深海魚肉質鮮甜,令人一試難忘。除了海鮮新鮮,雲壽司的壽司飯亦較坊間一般壽司店優勝。這裡的壽司師傅壓出來的飯有空氣感,夾起來也不易散開,值得一讚。
