先前有一段時間整親，出唔到街，無得走圍去搵野食依家終於好番，可以自己四圍走。今早因爲有事要做，早餐都未食就一早去左Element。做完野都係9點幾，好多餐廳都未開就隨便走走睇下有咩好食行行下走到去Pret A Manager，即係諗番起以前英國讀書個時，最中意食既 Peaking Duck Wrap，終是走入去望望香港有無得賣！見到有得賣呀，有就決定今日係食到解決我既早餐買左個Wrap加杯Green Tea Latte，合計$80同係英國食既價錢差唔多。香港杯green tea latte比其他大型coffee shop好飲得多，好香好濃，一d都無溝水Peaking duck wrap，北京風味十足，真係同食緊片皮鴨係無分別，肉及菜合比例，推薦大家試一試

今日要快食個lunch所以買咗兩個包食，叫咗一個牛油果蓉雞絲三文治同埋一個吞拿魚長法包。三文治嘅料都幾多，唔會食食吓得返嗰包冇晒餡，除咗牛油果蓉同雞絲之外仲加左隻醬係類似忌廉醬，令到個包更好味，更開胃，但一盒三文治得一件份量太少。而個吞拿魚長法包味道都幾好，法包中間鋪滿左吞拿魚茸（加左好多洋蔥粒），仲有好多片青瓜，但我個人唔鍾意食洋蔥所以扣咗啲分，同埋個餡同埋個包都比較乾身，如果加啲醬就會好d~食物質素幾好不過價錢都比較貴。

For the last two months Pret was my most frequent dinner on the way home stop. Favorite dish is the Beijing Duck with hoisin sauce wrap. Also the pulled pork wrap is quite ok but if you come late the bread gets very dry from all the keeping it warm. The fresh fruit juices eg the berry mix are of course hot sellers of which I always take one. Salads I prefer the one with salmon and potatoes. The BLT Sandwich rules, barely leave without taking one. Deserts the chocolate creme as well as the cheesecake are yummy. The team is quite well trained and efficient, one barely has to wait.

這日想食得健康些，而且之後要護送公主去SKY100，不能食得太久，所以就選了這裡。這裡的食物都簡單健康，好多菜，但又好味。例如這個京式烤鴨卷$40，烤鴨配海鮮醬，食起來既有鴨肉的惹味，又有菜的香口，薄餅皮薄餡靚，味道十足。這個沙律其實都大份不過食到一半才記得影相。廚師沙律內裡好多料，有煙肉片、生菜、蕃茄仔和雞肉，甜酸沙律醬汁好開胃。蔬果都好鮮嫩，煙肉雞肉不算驚喜但都不過不失。食完健康的一餐，味覺享受完，就準備靚人靚景的視覺享受了!

同肥髀睇戲前趕時間食個早餐！呢排喜歡飲咖啡，所以帶肥髀來呢度，自助型式，所以有好多暖櫃同雪櫃！揀好食物再去櫃檯落單叫埋咖啡！地方開揚！棗紅加淺木做主色！地方簡潔乾淨！不過櫃檯比較亂！無乜秩序！一堆人堆住又無章法！所以唯有等啲人散咗啲！先埋去比錢！叫埋杯咖啡！火腿芝士牛角酥（$20）紙兜盛載，火腿鹹香，芝士半溶，酥皮好香脆！火腿三文治（$22）麥包比較乾，火腿無焗過，所以一般橙汁：夠凍！味道唔假，酸酸甜甜！好味！Mocha:無拉花，紙杯唔辣手，朱古力味唔濃，熱咖啡香濃！好味！食品正常！服務正常！早餐正常！快快食完睇戲去！
