To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

I was drawn to the "Creamy Chicken and Beef Stew with Omurice" (忌廉雞肉/燴牛肉汁蛋包飯), a dish that promised a symphony of textures and flavors.The star of the show was undoubtedly the creamy chicken and beef stew. The sauce boasted a rich, savory depth, perfectly balancing the sweetness of the cream with the umami notes of the meat. Each spoonful was a delightful journey for the taste buds. The omurice itself was a masterpiece – fluffy eggs enveloping perfectly cooked rice, creating a comforting and satisfying base for the flavorful stew. However, the experience wasn't without its flaws. The beef, while flavorful, was slightly rough around the edges. A touch more tenderness would have elevated the dish to new heights. 啱啱好到步冇3人位，都要企係門口等咗一段時間，入到去環境較為狹窄。上菜都好快，飯味道可以，三種味道可以慢慢品嚐，左邊係茄汁、右邊係咖喱，仲有上面足料嘅漢堡扒，輪住食。自己最鍾意係茄汁，連埋蛋包飯一齊，幾滋味。不過如果係女仔，份量算多，唔食好多的話，揀佢哋招牌都唔錯～整體評分（滿分5分）：味道：4分環境：3分推薦：4分

蛋包飯好好食禮拜六12:30來到，等了10分鐘便有位置叫了一個三色蛋包飯，食物很快便送上來等的時候，欣賞了場邊的掛畫全部都是貓貓主題很可愛來到的蛋包飯很好吃，三個汁都各有特色下次會再來

聽說灣仔有一間很有特色的蛋包飯，於是今天就和有人一同前來試試☺️餐廳環境乾淨，空間偏狹窄，所以建議不要再繁忙時間來🥲招牌三色蛋包飯🥚🍚咖喱豬肉+忌廉雞肉食物外觀吸引，炒蛋十分嫩滑，配合白飯吃一流，雞肉偏大舊，但很好食，不乾不嚡👍🏼👍🏼咖喱豬肉反而稍為有啲失望，沒有特別好食，豬肉亦都有啲啲乾，好在有咖喱搭救，令到整體感覺都不錯🥰🥰🥰忌廉雞肉+濃茄牛肉牛肉是用牛腩的部份，因此吃起上軟熟，容易入口，茄味亦都特出，配搭不錯👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

📍灣仔名物 貓之眼 一直睇到唔少人推介，灣仔名物日式蛋包飯專門店。睇相的確好吸引，決定嚟試一試。咁啱出到嚟灣仔，中午尾段時間嚟到唔使排隊。餐單有好多種唔同配搭俾你揀，四款醬汁任你配搭。9號：咖喱豬肉+和牛漢堡蛋包飯落單之後唔使5分鐘即刻送到，食物賣相十分吸引。咖喱係帶甜口嘅日式咖喱，配有洋蔥同紅蘿蔔。豬肉一片片，口感嚡口，有足夠嘅咖喱汁配飯。蛋包飯包覆白飯，雞蛋滑身，蛋味可更濃郁。和牛漢堡偏腍同鬆散，肉汁普通。整體而言，中規中矩，期望值太高。經過唔使排隊，不妨一試。🫣
