十分失望的午餐中午帶屋企人去食,12點入去,安排坐下後驚覺檯面油lumlum, 自己用濕紙巾抹左成張枱,又見抽油煙機上有幾滴油就跌落黎咁,嚇親,即刻抹咗。點解無同店員講?因為望過周邊既枱都接近咁樣嘅情況。點解仲繼續坐?因為同屋企人食,lunch時間好難等位。有冇影相俾大家睇?因為忙住清潔。。。😩連飲水個杯都有油😖😖😖無諗過佢一開門就咁,點講都係第一round客,點解可以咁唔衛生?只可以講無下次! continue reading

今次嘅疫情好耐都冇出過街食嘢同旅行,見疫情緩和左今次終於去咗太古嘅道頓堀食 。店裏面嘅衛生都好好,又有卡版格住枱同枱 疫情期間都食得安心。最值得欣賞嘅係店舖職員同埋好記得有個職員叫Seven 佢雖然好忙但都好用心教我地同幫我哋整大阪燒 仲整埋唔同嘅DIY 簡直係食得放心又玩得,你大阪燒質素同食物就好似去咗日本一樣 。值得一去! continue reading

平日去食但個場都多人,我們又都趕住睇戲所以都就咁食午市套餐,午市套餐抵過單點好多又包沙律同飲品。嗌左個道頓堀雜錦同炒麵,2個人食都好鬼飽但見到店入面既侍應都係得幾個而且都好忙都唔係好好意思叫佢哋幫手整,所以兩個人夾手夾腳整埋佢。好彩最後都唔差,食得落😂再叫多個雪糕食,有甜品既一餐先叫完滿haha但希望可以增加番多啲人手,見到店員都做到冇停手,而且有時都應唔到咁多客人,上菜速度都一般,因為可能都出唔切咁多野,我見附近既客人都係嗌放題 continue reading

鐵板燒、燒肉放題食得多,但有無諗過自己可以化身成為大版燒師傅,自製廣島燒同炒麵等嘅經典日式小食?曾經去日本,幫襯過商場入面一間大版燒店,店入面嘅擺設類似,不過係店員親自落手。今次嚟到道頓堀御好燒專門店,唔單只可以一試日本風味,仲可以親手下廚,的確係趣味十足。而餐牌旁亦都有教學話俾食客知唔同款式嘅製作時間,亦好貼心地附上一個計時器。海鮮5品 御好燒御好燒當然係今餐唔少得嘅主角,已經預先調製嘅海鮮5品賣相相當唔錯,海鮮望落都算係幾足料!製作方法其實只需要將所有材料攪勻,務求有足夠嘅空氣感,就可以落鐵板燒。整體出嚟無論味道賣相都同出面食到嘅大版燒好類似,而足料海鮮亦都豐富咗成個御好燒口感。加上燒汁、沙律醬、紫菜同木魚,其實就係原原本本嘅日式街頭風!肉類雜錦炒麵除咗大版燒,當然唔少得日式炒麵。相對於御好燒,其實炒麵嘅技巧唔算太多,味道亦好取決於調味同埋本身麵質。整體肉類(豬、牛、雞)味道一般,但麵質都尚算彈牙同有咬口,可以算得上不過不失。加拿大豬面肉 & 上級牛肋肉當然,作為一隻食肉獸,如果今餐只係得大版燒同炒麵係絕對唔會滿足嘅,所以亦都嘗試咗佢嘅牛同豬,兩款肉類味道都算係上佳,當然亦唔能夠同坊間主打和牛燒肉嘅食店比較。豬面肉肉味都幾濃同埋好香,而牛嘅脂肪比例都唔錯。柚子酒梳打反而柚子酒係比較失望嘅一環,味道極淡,唔知係份量問題定點,成杯只能飲到梳打味,完全無柚子感覺。整體嚟講,如果大食嘅朋友其實可以選擇佢嘅放題,選擇都幾多同埋有足夠肉類滿足燒肉嘅欲望。但普通二人情侶可能單點就已經足夠了。可能對於普通食客嚟講純粹大版燒又會有啲貴,但以體驗嘅角度亦都係可以一試嘅!味道 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️服務 ⭐️⭐️⭐️環境 ⭐️⭐️⭐️性價比 ⭐️⭐️ continue reading

疫情期間,好多人都同我一樣好掛住家鄉~日本!我同老伴最鐘意去大阪,去親道頓堀都一定會食御好燒(其實我以為叫大阪燒)!咁啱要去康怡買嘢,就順便食個快dinner 懷念一下日本的味道啦!平日嘅晚上唔係太多人,疫情關係都有塊版隔住傍邊張枱,不過枱與枱之間距離比較近。隔左好過冇隔咁囉。 至於店員態度好好,由我地落單到煮御好燒都自動過黎幫手煮同教我地!讚!道頓崛特選御好燒 $108  ( 蝦🦐,魷魚🦑,豬肉,八爪魚🐙+拉麵🍜 雞蛋🥚)  呢款比較複雜,要先炒一炒個拉麵,跟住落哂全部材料,整好個型。一共要反兩次,每次5分鐘,一共15分鐘,最後要開蛋(即係煎蛋再放個大阪燒上去),好彩唔係我自己整,有店員幫手!店員仲教埋拉花!好靚又好味! 另外點了肉類精選 $88 有豬肉及牛,唔知點解唔記得左影相,煮法一樣係咁煎,每邊5分鐘。呢個自己都識燒!好味! continue reading
