上次食祥興記已經幾年前,今日經過灣仔間祥興記,有點餓就入去再試試。呢間店係立食嘅,買咗生煎包4只($35)。 生煎包看起來賣相普通, 包底煎得金黃,割開包子一看充滿湯汁,豬肉份量尚可。入口夠熱,夠脆爆湯汁,但豬肉帶點騷味。不知是否近幾年食過其他店更好食嘅生煎包,覺得今次生煎包無以前食過嘅咁好食。

如果嗰日無其他更好嘅選擇,或者趕時間要買外賣返公司食嘅時候,我間中都會買佢嘅招牌生煎飽,叫做俾個機會大家。好可惜生煎飽嘅質素已經係越來越差,完全無吸引力叫我等登去幫襯。店員嘅態度真係有問題,尤其係女店員(我本身都係女性,所以唔係性別歧視),語氣態度面口真係好似當你係仇人咁。如果賣嘢賣得咁勉強,我建議佢哋不如執笠。回想起以前佢哋食物質素好嘅時候,我都曾經等登由金鐘去灣仔幫襯。今日決定係我最後一次幫襯。今時今日咁嘅食物質素同態度,算啦,勉強無幸福。我都唔想同佢哋物以類聚,連自己都沾到佢哋嘅負能量,影響埋我嘅幸福呀。呢個負評我都諗咗一陣寫唔寫,不過最後決定面對現實,正視問題,唔再能夠發展落去嘅話,又唔覺得可以改善嘅話,不如正式結束呢段消費關係。

走過呢間小店,隻隻生煎包薄脆金黃,香氣四溢,真係叫人心郁郁!點咗一籠招牌生煎包同一碗排骨麵。啖啖肉嘅生煎包,外皮香脆,一咬落去,肉汁四濺,溫熱而濃郁,絕對係正中我個"肉包"心!啱晒鐘意食肉嘅你我佢🍔。排骨麵就幼滑得來,湯底微鹹有回甘,屋企飯桌上溫馨嘅味道,令人一啖接一啖。其實平日忙碌,偶爾試試街邊小店嘅美食,真係種享受。嗰種熱辣辣,鮮美多汁嘅口感,仿佛可以把生活嘅疲憊氣都吹走🍲。店內固然無坐位,但係食客默契地排隊等候,飲食文化嘅小確幸,每個人或多或少都想要嘅!總結,如果想搵啲地道、真心嘅滋味,强烈推介大家試試。下次,我仲會再黎朝聖,搵返啲童年嘅記憶味道💫!

其實都幫襯過十次八次,態度次次都唔好,但買賣過程快,都算。今次都係話堂食,但後生既店員俾錯外賣包裝,拎轉身打開照食。想掉左個膠袋佢啦,因為覺得既然交左俾我,衞生原因都應該由我掉左佢。但想掉個時,包緊小籠包既後生女店員勁大聲叫住我:你唔要,俾返我地唔好掉!想拎返都可以正常啲,講句唔好意思,你唔要俾返我地呀😵。好差,最後一次食呢間。懷疑佢地都係一家人,互動個啲唔似同事。中年叔叔有禮啲,老女收銀勁黑面,其他人都差唔多

今日喺灣仔諗唔到食咩,就行過係去地鐵站嗰邊,一路搵餐廳,就見到呢一間祥興記生煎包專門店,我同朋友都好耐冇食過生煎包決定入去試吓,我哋叫咗一份生煎包一個拉麵同埋一個酸辣湯。生煎包皮薄餡靚,咬落去嘅肉汁即刻擁晒出嚟,非常好,而且非常熱辣辣,大家食嘅時候要非常小心,唔好比啲肉汁辣親,傳統口味都非常好食,下次想試吓🦐口味!另外酸辣湯亦都非常好飲,酸酸辣辣嘅味道唔錯,口感上亦都唔差,配料都有好多唔同種類嘅嘢食,有蘆筍,令到成個湯嘅口感昇華,正!
