To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次來吃這間應該是一年前的了,價錢看起來差不多。現在有一個「精選推介」的Menu和之前看大餐牌好像不一樣。九款推介中,只有一款是淮山麵。另外兩款都是米線,不過也可以+$4轉,亦有刀削烏冬可以選擇。不過我直接點了淮山麵那款 - 蝦滑魚蛋魚湯淮山麵 ($51)沒有魚腥味的魚湯,相對之前來喝完會覺得口喝,今次喝倒沒有了。爽滑彈牙的淮山麵有少少的潺潺滑滑,喜歡吃淮山的可以選這個喔!蝦滑的份量都幾多,爽脆的口感還有像魚蛋一樣彈牙。熱飲是跟餐配的,熱飲不需要另外加錢。我點了熱奶茶,茶味偏濃一些。 continue reading

2022年9月12日 晴同朋友去香港仔市集幫手, 中午出黎搵飯食叫左個蔥油雞扒撈公仔面餐, 但個蔥油得一滴咁, 叫店員俾多少少豉油撈, 又係俾得幾滴...有冇咁珍貴啊... 成個面就好似乾撈咁, 完全冇味...要自己係隔離個燕餃湯倒d 落湯去先可以放得入口.... continue reading

我不是個很能吃湯飯的人。怕不飽、怕貴、怕淡口…但小店很堅持,在陋巷橫街默默耕耘,每次經過,總有人在。今天我和朋友揮汗而來!酷暑炎夏,35度的天氣,本不是吃湯飯的理想時候,小店卻依舊爆滿。翻餐牌發覺選擇不少,取價亦很公道,朋友選了豬潤、蝦滑、南瓜、番茄湯、白飯;我則選了個差不多的,只是不吃蝦滑,改吃雞扒,每份午餐僅賣$51,熱飲+$5;凍飲+$8。<蝦滑>-份量很多,而且爽口結實,可惜沒有蝦味。<豬潤>-吃起來帶一股豬羶味,而且切得太薄,軟稔稔影響口感。<雞扒>-很大件,啖啖肉,吃起來超爽!<南瓜>-薄切,生熟度不錯,但並不太甜。<番茄湯>-很濃郁,顏色漂亮,充滿番茄香。<白飯>-不錯,軟硬適中。整體而言,這頓午餐性價比甚高,每樣餸都足份量且味道還好,湯底很甜、有茄味,只是覺得餐飲較貴。服務員送上的水熱得直冒煙,正仲夏七月,真心覺得不夠體貼。我一邊吃飯一邊抹汗,不忘詛咒后羿,射太陽的小子,今天去了哪裡泡神仙? continue reading

話說最近喺香港仔返工,嗰頭食嚟食去都係茶餐廳,日日食茶記令我覺得有啲悶,於是喺機緣巧合底下比我搵到呢一間以湯飯同淮山麵做主打嘅餐廳,我就懷着可以食得平平哋又健康嘅心態入去試吓。開頭以為間餐廳剩係得湯飯食,但係入到去先發現原來都有唔少選擇。除咗湯飯,仲有米線同埋煲仔菜 。我同朋友都各自揀咗「湯飯DIY」,即係先任揀兩個餸,再揀一款菜,最後揀埋湯底同埋飯。《豬軟骨+雞扒+生菜+魚湯+三色飯》先講豬軟骨,炆得非常入味,重點係啲軟骨完全變成膠質,可見製作過程一點也不馬虎,炆足火候。雞扒就會連一個小煎pan一齊上菜,即叫即炸,塊雞扒好大件,啖啖肉,我個朋友都話食到好飽。魚湯湯底鮮味濃郁,一啲腥味都冇,雖然舖頭好似話唔落味精,不過飲完都係有少少口渴。《鯪魚肉+雞肉+生菜+魚湯+三色飯》至於我就叫咗個懶健康嘅配搭。靚魚肉嘅肉質唔算彈牙,但勝在冇碎骨,而且店舖特別加咗一啲陳皮落去。雖然我唔係咁鍾意食陳皮,但係加咗落去後的確別有一番風味。雞肉非常嫩滑,一啲都唔柴皮。將生菜同飯放喺魚湯入邊吸晒啲魚湯汁,真係令人忍唔住一口接一口。總括而言,鍾意食湯飯嘅一定要黎試吓,呢一間餐廳勝在餸菜選擇夠多,可以自由配搭,就連米飯都有四種揀!分別係白飯、三色飯、桂格燕麥飯同埋有機藜麥飯。所以話總有一款啱你! continue reading
