Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The only good thing about this experience was they had a little drama to go with the story to make the scene special and the staff were being nice.Food wise was disappointing, with the price they charge I would say what they served was not even standard. To be fair the best dish was the steak, the duck was appalling, meat texture was like 湯渣。 We sat in a very tight space, each table were very close to each others, surprised they organised in such a small venue. continue reading

因為想食signature dishes ,所以無叫set,但set好似抵食啲。一叫完嘢食就送上熱辣辣,外脆內軟的蒜蓉包。味道其實沒有好蒜蓉味,但係佢嗰種熱嘅溫度,外脆內軟嘅質感,真係冇得彈。最出色—我覺得係signature 蟹餅,完全食得出香味同鮮味。佢冇用太多嘅調味,但係一上到枱就已經聞到香噴噴,食嘅時候都忍唔住聞咗好多次。佢外層酥脆,入面一絲絲蟹肉,加上香草,唔係好多肉汁,但係都食到一點蟹肉鮮甜味。Steak我地揀左signature韓牛,韓牛出名肉質好,呢塊無論血水、肉質及肉汁都好好。waiter哥哥係我哋叫嘅時候特登提我哋叫medium rare,因為呢塊牛比較薄。但我覺得炭火味濃左啲,有人覺得佢賣相差咗啲。因為韓牛價錢較高,但認為物有所值。佢有好多種醬可以揀,我地就揀左MUSHROOM RAGOUT,味道濃好惹味。叫左個side松露薯條調味非常到位,松露既香味同薯條既酥脆好夾,質地口感都好好,細細條好酥脆但又有薯仔味。配菜嚟講我覺得份量好大,絕對值得一試!Apple Crumble 都係熱辣辣,肉桂味濃,蘋果酸甜適中。口感鬆脆加上蘋果口感無敵好,竟然用軟雪糕配襯,軟雪糕有雲呢拿及奶香,但係我都比較鍾意用硬雪糕襯Apple Crumble。Grand Hyatt服務不嬲都非常好,上次食中菜都已經感受到,Steakhouse員工態度友善,能迅速滿足你既需求,無論係影相定係碟既熱度。餐廳典雅高檔,作為慶祝場合十分理想。 continue reading
