To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 阿仔放半日同老公接左佢去上興趣班後,先去食晏去到餐廳岩岩轉下午茶餐牌非常好,叫多啲都唔太貴!🔆雞絲扎肉湯粉有2片扎肉,一堆雞絲,轉金邊粉底,湯底夠濃郁,阿仔好鐘意食🔆咖哩牛腩飯咖哩入面有薯仔同牛腩,份量不小,滿滿一碗,配上白飯,真係至夾🔆安南海鮮炒金邊粉啲個比較一般,雖然配料不少,有蝦、青口、菜等等,不過炒得唔夠乾身,啲麫大部份都痴埋一堆同埋調味好淡,啲個比較失色。🔆加配小食 - 香茅豬扒(1件)一份都好多,淋滑既豬扒,真係不錯! 🔆加配小食 - 香茅雞中翼(2隻)雞中翼,外皮小小脆、都不錯既、起碼夠入味!🔆飲品 : 凍檸茶、凍華田、滴漏咖啡

揾食時偶然發現呢家越南河店,一眼望去已經流晒口水🤤。對面一枱啲人正食緊個超大碟澎湃嘅「火車頭」河粉,同桌嘅伙伴一拍即合咁決定挑戰!菜上嚟時眼光一亮,鮮嫩牛肉、彈牙牛丸,再撒上少少香草,簡直係視覺大餐。湯底清澈得嚟味美鮮甜,啲河粉呢,滑溜溜嘅又夠幼,與生牛肉一撈即食,簡直係上心頭!🍜 口感上嚟講,啲牛肉野真係唔渣,透住柔軟見到新鮮。話曬,食物嘅魅力就係於新鮮度喺度,越簡單越講究。呢家店唔止食物吸引,連個氣氛都輕鬆得嚟,即使周圍坐滿咗人,都唔會覺得嘈雜。店員服務好,唔會令人感到急躁,感覺得到佢哋嘅幾份熱情。雖然「火車頭」可能會勁飽肚,但係你一試,定必回味無窮。😌💕 下次,唔該記得叫埋個咸檸七或紅豆冰嚟開開胃啦!

啱啱食完台灣嘢唔飽,等老婆同個女去配眼鏡,即刻單拖嚟食個撈檬。呢間嘅香茅牛肉撈檬係我次次嚟都必食。其他舖頭嘅香茅牛肉,有啲就好un, 有啲就醃得唔好食。呢間舖頭就將啲牛肉切牛柳絲,味道好味,又唔會un,所以好得我歡心。

好似茶餐廳咁,我哋2個人入座要坐埋一邊。點左鮮茄牛肉湯河,味道正常,夠味,份量都夠大,女仔食完會幾飽。總括嚟講,要求唔高,喺灣仔趕返工,一個鐘內食個lunch,依度係其中一個選擇。

這間價錢相宜的安南越式牛肉粉坐落於灣仔大有商場,毗鄰灣仔港鐵站和商業大廈,是灣仔打工人午飯想吃越南菜的首選餐廳。偶爾還是參觀完書展漫畫展的區外人醫肚的好地方,地點超方便。餐廳環境算是寬敞,有落地玻璃能夠觀賞街景,有的座位置於餐廳外,感覺一點都不侷促。價格定位比較相宜,$88的套餐包括前菜,小食,主菜和飲品,在同區來說性價比頗高。前菜:開胃柚子沙律小食:雞湯生菜,越式扎肉,香茅雞中翼主食:生牛肉拼牛丸湯河,雞絲扎肉湯河食物質素正常合理,跟我們平時吃開的都差不多。生牛肉上菜時是鮮紅色,再熱辣辣的湯底浸一浸,變成淺啡色,牛肉最鮮嫩就是這個時候了。至於小食份量不大,適合我們吃得少的人。那個柚子沙律有點辣,吃不到辣的朋友建議選擇走辣。📍 安南越式牛肉粉 (灣仔)🏠 灣仔莊士敦道181號大有廣場2樓208-209號舖⏰11:30 - 22:30🚙 港鐵灣仔站A3出口
