今日想食個悠閒D既午餐☀️見到呢間Cafe既Vibe好舒服充滿自然光💚 主打生酮低碳既食物好似好吸引咁♻️可惜期望太高食物水準一般😕 但係To be fair野飲有特色都可以一試👍🏻⭐️ Salmon Red Curry Cauliflower Rice 🐟三文魚外皮香脆夠合格🔥 但係紅咖哩調味完全似係調味包質素口味過鹹🌶️ 質地亦都太稀似水咁🌝唯獨椰菜花飯Texture不錯🥦⭐️ Osmanthus Latte 🌼口味偏甜但係入口感覺清新😊 比較岩我呢D唔係太鍾意濃咖啡既人☕️ continue reading

見到都幾多人推介呢間咖啡店,記得之前去過一次冇位,所以冇試到。餐廳門口有吧枱,可以望到街景。另外有個小角落座位係打卡位。其他座位都坐得幾舒服😌我叫咗Hojicha Latte, 呢個好多咖啡店都會有,而且質素相對地會比較穩定,但係今次嚟呢間竟然大失所望。焙茶拿鐵焙茶味好淡,奶味相當重。調配份量有待改進。飲落去好似奶咁,唔太覺有焙茶味……朋友叫咗個茶:Gardenia Oolong。呢個烏龍茶茶味唔錯,茶較為清淡~~質素上,相信有呢區好多咖啡店都比較優勝。 continue reading

近年低碳水化合物的健康飲食興起,堅尼地城這間Cafe就主打低碳低卡低高蛋白質飲食,正所謂點食都唔驚肥,仲有素食和純素食選擇呢!堅尼地城站一帶其實都幾多Cafe,這天到處逛了一下,大概每條街有一、兩間的程度,不過唔係間間有野食。入面裝修好優雅,灰色主調配搭型格的掛畫裝飾。追求健康身體並唔需要過度節食,最重要是學懂營養知識和了解自身需要,只要吃得精明,每一餐都可以很享受。角落有L型大窗打卡位。早餐有兩款素食多士,其中一個係VEGAN。季節餐牌都有一款可以做純素的椰菜花飯主食。成分和營養都列得好清楚,可以知道自己在吃甚麼。跟餐叫咖啡有特價可以飲下。大啡菇枝豆多士 HK$78這個多士配料都幾多樣化,最特別係牛油果醬加了豆腐,可以推高蛋白質含量。蔬菜種類亦很多,又有micro-greens,真係非常健康。不過我就覺得調味比較淡,大啡菇咬起來就不夠香口惹味。咖啡夜行幾步就到海邊,可以望住海食早餐都OK㗎。 continue reading
