今天晚上和兒子到此吃西班牙菜。兒子有進修西班牙文,尤其喜愛吃tapas和西班牙炒飯,所以特別約他來吃。餐廳以黑色型格為主打裝修,周圍以不同的酒作為擺設,非常有格調。有調酒師即場調製Cocktail,也有其他飲品供應。我們甫坐下,店員已奉上墨西哥粟米片Doritos配青瓜沙律醬。粟米片帶有少許辣味,十分香脆可口,搭配清爽的青瓜沙律醬,帶來一種辣味和清新感。我們吃過不停,吃清光後,店員又奉上一盤,原來粟米片是可以refill的,不過我們還是留肚吃其他了。我們點了:忌廉芝士煙三文魚波濃郁的忌廉芝士,配上煙熏三文魚。芝士的軟滑和三文魚的鹹香很夾,很有層次感,實在太好味了,我們很快便把它吃清。墨西哥傳統牛肉餡餅很特別的一個Tapas。脆脆的牛肉餡餅皮上唧了朱古力醬。內裏的牛肉碎非常入味,外皮爽口鬆脆。又甜又鹹的,極度刺激我們的味蕾。果然充滿着墨西哥的傳統口味!Chicken Pizza天多尼雞肉自家手打薄餅(mozzarella 芝士、peppers, and onions)薄餅是自家手工製作的,餅底厚薄適中,咬下去「索索聲」的聲音很治癒。薄餅上鋪滿了馬蘇里拉芝士、蕃茄、辣椒和洋蔥,雞肉亦很軟滑入味,配搭着濃郁的芝士和微辣的味道,兒子讚口不絕!西班牙海鮮炒飯有多種海鮮,包括蝦、小魷魚筒、辣肉腸和青口,還有洋蔥、蒜片和藏紅花水等配料。飯粒吸收了海鮮的鮮味,辣肉腸有少許辛辣和鹹香的味道,蝦亦彈牙新鮮。飯內加了藏紅花水,怪不得整道炒飯有一種獨特的香氣啦!店內還不停播放着西班牙歌曲MV,整間bar非常有氣氛,我們雖然不擅喝酒,但也可以吃一頓豐富的西班牙菜。下次可以約朋友到此把「cocktail 」談心,大快朵頤呢! continue reading

記得以前行過旺角差館附近,周圍都淨係得酒吧~今日竟然響一眾酒吧之間,畀我搵到間西班牙餐廳!仲有唔少tapas可以試~happy hours用嚟配cocktail一流!!難得老細肯陪我癲,就坐低試下啦!一坐低服務員已經擺低粟米脆片,真係好招呼!頭盤先嗌個parma ham配哈密瓜,上菜係掛響個勾度,好似盪韆鞦咁,好有儀式感~parma ham上面仲插咗支raspberry source,酸酸甜甜,平衡返ham嘅油膩感。食完ham再嗌多兩件燒烤醬雞肉芝士焗薄脆,坐響吧檯望住廚師逐個步驟咁煮,都幾得意,好似食緊西餐嘅omakase!😂🤭要讚嘅係佢有幾款tapas可以兩件兩件咁叫,啱曬我呢啲選擇困難症,唔使一次過食太多~又樣樣都可以試下!🥰👍🏻話明tapas配cocktail,點都要試下佢哋嘅home cocktail!我嗌咗Blue Diamond,有淡淡嘅荔枝香味同埋苦vodka,其實酒感唔太重,唔飲開嘅都冇乜問題!佢仲有好多home signature,店員介紹佢哋menu上有部分飲品,個名其實係完全冇嗰隻成分(益力多?!🤭),不過係調酒師用酒去調出嗰個味道~下次有機會我都想試下!😋😋👌🏻今日就老細叫咗個天多尼雞肉pizza同埋油蒜辣椒炒蝦。🍕pizza係佢至愛,唔使多講~餅身係自家手打,唔係意大利嗰種傳薄脆,但又唔係平時食嘅厚批……總之厚薄適中,個底脆脆地,又唔會太過頂肚!🥰👍🏻個油蒜辣椒蝦真係非常惹味!😝🤩啲蒜片炒到好香,蝦肉鮮嫩爽口,微微嘅辣味刺激到味蕾,配合埋酒精,簡直係一絕!🥰放咗工嚟飲返杯輕鬆下,真係十分爽!😝🥰👍🏻 continue reading

朋友係要見嘅!星期日晚,我同好耐無見嘅大學好朋友喺呢間西班牙酒吧餐廳食飯。餐廳有吧檯位、普通座位,仲有一個大電視螢幕播放緊足球聯賽。我地坐喺吧檯,可以望到調酒師調酒。入座後,店員就隨即放上墨西哥粟米片同醬料作餐前小食,俾我地可以邊點餐邊享用,食晒後店員仲會幫我地refill。餐牌食物都好吸引,我地總共叫咗兩款tapas小食同兩款主食。Tapas:1)黑魚子蟹肉多士($56兩件):蟹肉份量多,蟹肉味道突出,配上黑魚子好鮮甜!2)香煎大蝦飯波配法式昆布薯仔汁($58兩件):呢個配搭好有新鮮感,彈牙嘅蝦肉下面喺一嚿炸過後好酥脆嘅飯波,飯入面仲有好creamy 嘅醬汁。主食:1)龍蝦汁大蝦海鮮意大利粉 $148:意粉煙煙韌韌再加上濃郁嘅龍蝦汁,好好味。意粉除咗有一隻大蝦同青口放喺上面外,裡面更有好多魷魚、蜆肉等海鮮配料,令整體更有口感。2)德國蜜糖燒豬手 $238:份量非常大!當豬手送到時,我同朋友都驚嘆,覺得我地兩個人一定食唔晒。個份量應該3-4人食都可以,所以好抵食!店員亦好細心,主動問洗唔洗幫我地切細份。豬手肉質好嫩,仲有薯角做配菜,豬手同薯角都炸得好香脆!我地喺呢間西班牙酒吧餐廳度過咗一個美好嘅晚上,又飽又滿足嘅我地最後需要將食剩好多嘅豬手打包。 continue reading
