Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Horizonte Lounge is a rooftop bar located in the heart of Jordan with a 270-degree panorama of the iconic Victoria Harbour. It's a slick spot for unique cocktails. There are three Instagram-worthy cocktails on their latest menu, with creative names like Corage (HKD168), El Agua de La Vida (HKD168) and Ingenio (HKD168). Corage is my favourite, inspired by the story of "The Legend of Saint George and the Dragon". It's the perfect mix of white rum, Lillet, cherry, herring, Pomegranate liqueur, and Canpari. Its sealable glass container maintains the cocktail's smoke while creating an aesthetic presentation and adding to the taste and aroma of the cocktails. If you like a fruity cocktail, Ingenio is a good choice, made with clarified coconut milk liqueur, pineapple water, and Malibu.
