Paper stone bakery一向麵包質素唔錯蛋糕外貌精緻,似法式西餅▶️ 豆乳黑芝麻石頭蛋糕Stone cake ($288)兩三年前食過一次,嗰時係新款式宜家已經變成恆常款式主要由三層朱古力海綿蛋糕、豆乳慕絲製成朱古力海綿蛋糕軟綿🍰空氣咁重,偏乾身,帶微微朱古力甜味外層亦有朱古力薄片,「脆皮」效果豆乳慕絲味道淡,比cream冇咁漏重點係芝麻軟心,略略有流心,黑芝麻味香濃🩶可惜份量較少,切完唔係件件蛋糕都有 味道上ok,如果黑芝麻醬多啲同埋蛋糕層次豐富啲會更好一個5‘蛋糕切12分都夠食 continue reading

我重來都不會寫食評,因為每一道食物都有其出色之處,但昨日買咗一個望落去幾靚既蛋糕-豆乳黑芝麻石頭蛋糕,但放落口好似食緊塑膠。口感一般,海綿蛋糕不夠綿,望落以為係cream既物體又食唔出味道(後來網上搵到評論先知道係豆乳)。正常食物放入口前應該先會受氣味的衝擊,勾起食慾,再透過放入口中嘴嚼的口感帶出物理性的變化,最後透過食物的酸甜苦辣加強食物的味道。但尼個蛋糕氣味已經很迷幻(沒有甜品的喜悅感),口感又平淡沒層次,最後味道達到一個神奇無語的境界。最後吃了一口只能放棄(非常不環保)沒有勇氣解決四分之一塊「蛋糕」。希望以後有人想要買之前請三思。 continue reading

今日路過上環,想買點麵包外帶,就走進了Paper Stone Bakery。這是一家很有特色的西式麵包店,店內的裝潢很簡潔,但又不失溫馨。店員都很親切,服務也很快捷。我看了一下櫃台上的麵包,發現都很誘人,有各種口味和形狀。我決定買了以下幾款:牛角包:這是我最喜歡的一款麵包,外皮酥脆,內餡鬆軟,口感十分出色。有奶油和巧克力兩種選擇。我選了巧克力的,一咬下去,就感覺到濃郁的巧克力香氣,和麵包的甜味相互融合,非常美味。它的外觀非常吸引人,金黃色的外皮上撒滿了白色的糖粉,讓人垂涎欲滴。每一口都能感受到它的香氣和美味,讓人回味無窮。如果你喜歡甜點,那麼這款牛角包比灣仔熱賣的那間BAXX HOUSE 雖然還差點脆,還差點口感,但不用排隊都是個好選擇。蘋果派:這是一款很經典的西式甜點,麵皮鬆化,蘋果餡香甜,還有一點點的酸味,很開胃。蘋果派的表面還撒了一些糖粉,增加了甜度和美觀。芝士蛋糕:這是一款很輕盈的蛋糕,芝士味很濃,但又不會太膩。蛋糕的質地很細緻,入口即化,很適合下午茶時享用。鬆餅:這是一款很實惠的麵包,鬆餅很厚實,有很多小孔,可以沾上果醬或奶油,增加風味。鬆餅的口感很鬆軟,很適合早餐或點心。我覺得Paper Stone Bakery的麵包都很好吃,當然價格是貴都無朋友,是美心系列中最貴的一間,性價比不足但的確高質,無時間去牛角包名店的話,這家在中上環絕對是方便你用錢買時間,方便又高質的牛角包對我來說我很滿意,下次還會再來。😊😊 continue reading
