Craft Beer Bar
Eaton’s own signature bar features thoughtfully crafted cocktails in an indoor/outdoor setting. This hub occupies a prime location in the food hall, adjacent to Eaton’s radio station and facing the outdoor Astor Plaza. Been to the Flower Years for a few times now. As we will have a late dinner nearby, decided to pop in for a quick round and everything was nice n good as ever. One of our friend who is a beer enthusiast, He said there are many kind of beers to selected it’s awesome. I know the menu very well. Our favorites are spaghetti and Burger. But, really it is all good and prices are very fair.I can’t believe all staff provided an extremely professional service, Definitely going to visit again very recommended! continue reading

位於佐敦逸東酒店裏面有個food court，有唔同菜式嘅小店，叫完嘢食搵個位坐就可以，其中呢一間🍔花樣年華🍔係西式餐廳，除咗意粉套餐之外，仲有burger選擇，另外有手工啤，我哋就揀咗兩份漢堡，漢堡方面一個價錢就配埋薯條同沙律，嘢飲方面就要加錢🍔招牌安格斯牛肉漢堡 $128 :招牌牛肉漢堡裏面有安格斯牛肉，芝士，炸洋蔥圈，蕃茄同埋沙律醬等，另外再配上沙律，酸瓜同埋薯條，我鍾意食佢哋嘅酸瓜😍，唔係度度Burger都會有，食落係幾開胃👍🏻，包面印住餐廳嘅logo，我就嫌佢烤得唔夠脆，包本身比較腍😩，同埋有啲油，佢哋嘅重點安格斯牛肉就認真失望😩，乾得來偏硬，肉汁有冇，牛味又冇，價錢仲夠較貴，諗住招牌就試吓佢，點知非常失望😩😩🍔特色素肉漢堡 $128 :另外叫咗一份素肉嘅漢堡，反而呢份漢堡好食過安格斯牛肉，佢酸酸甜甜咁，素肉得來帶點牛味，肉質比較嫩，起碼唔難食，面層有洋蔥絲，加咗啲秘製醬汁，酸甜得來好似燒烤醬嘅味道，係唔錯👍🏻，不過食到一半幾膩，整體嚟講唔會再嚟，價錢又貴😩另外都配咗佢哋嘅嘢飲，🍹嘢飲方面唔算多，都係有檸檬梳打同埋其他汽水，啤酒嘅種類較為多 continue reading

佐敦逸東酒店裡的food court裡有不同款式的菜式，在輕鬆、年輕的氣氛下很適合跟朋友們相聚。見很久沒有來了，週末的晚上特意來這裡食晚餐。當日晚上七點鐘來到，若是想坐梳化位、普通檯凳位都很困難，差不多只剩下高檯位置，如不想在高檯用餐的話就要早點來了。走了一圈，菜式包括有越南、中式、日式、西式等，而我最後決定試一下從未食過的Flower Years花樣年華，主力食意粉、漢堡包、輕食以及啤酒，由酒店本身經營的一間餐廳。她們提供一種特別套餐，價錢由$68至$88，包含了主食以及飲品，而飲品也有些特別一點的選擇。餐廳食物是即叫即煮的，所以我都等了一會蕃茄醬墨魚汁海鮮意粉($88)才上菜。熱辣辣的意粉和蕃茄蓉隨著蒸氣四散。醬汁酸甜適中，亦足夠掛在每一條意粉上，味道十分開胃；除了意粉本身的質地不錯之餘，意粉的生熟度拿捏得很好，中間保留了少許咬口又不會硬；海鮮配料方面有藍青口、魷魚和蝦仁，青口本身已經細隻，煮過以後變得只有非常小的肉，味道亦較腥感覺不太新鮮，另外兩樣則正正常常。份量不算很大，胃口較大的朋友或許要叫多一點食物了。餐飲我選擇了熱水果茶，沒有另外加糖飲落順喉舒服。平均來說整蝶意粉表現是有驚喜的，質素比在一般餐廳食到的要高，這個價錢能夠食到這個質素的確是很值得一試的，你會在Food Hall裏找到驚喜 continue reading
