今日約左朋友去銅鑼灣食飯,佢中意食中菜,咁岩search到間係利園3期既中菜就去試下啦😋餐廳係入商場轉左既basement,第一次行入去我miss左見唔到😂但一入到去就覺得好靚,係有少少摩洛哥風格。入到去會見到有2個area,一邊係吧台一邊係座位。原來呢度有happy hour時段,就算唔係食dinner都可以係度飲下酒chill下🤣食物方面:呢道牛臉頰肉好好食,中間係夾住幾件西瓜,每次就一片肉加一片西瓜咁食。但個辣汁係最精華既部分,朋友中意到想用個汁黎送飯😂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️好欣賞呢個煙薰蛋既碟,襯哂個主題🤣中間蛋黃變左個啫喱又有d似皮蛋既texture,好得意😛👍🏻呢個黑松露炒飯就有少少咸左d黑磚豆腐都係呢間餐廳推介菜之一,外面係咸咸地脆皮入面就係豆腐😋好惹味棉花泡飯,湯既味道相對較清甜,不過表面蒜粒太多,蓋左少少個清湯味。甜品就相對無小菜咁多花款fusion, 我就揀左個蜜瓜玉露,蜜瓜肉比較少,但都好好味😌我認為小菜比主菜較岀色同埋獨特風格好強😊無論味道同擺盤👍🏻👍🏻唯一唔滿意地方係部分侍應較為未注意我地未食完就想快d收走我地隻碟。 continue reading

莊館是中環卅二公館的姊妹店。是走年輕路線的餐廳。閒時和朋友可以來一個happy hour也不錯。餐廳裝修至食物都突顯出比人感覺有中西合璧的特色,華麗而有時代感,菜式以粵菜及川菜為主。黑磚豆腐外層沾了竹炭粉再炸至脆口,加上面頭的黃金炸蒜。每件細細件的黑磚豆腐咬落去內裏豆腐軟滑,特別而且有創意的味道。棉花泡飯是用了芫荽濃魚湯,充滿了芫荽香。 棉花般的魚腐和泡飯,加上脆米味道不錯。黑豚肉叉燒味道中規中矩火燒桂花魚 水煮桂花魚是四川直送新鮮辣椒同香料,上枱時仲會加少少冧酒點火很吸精,而且也帶出陣陣麻辣香氣。桂花魚肉好鮮嫩,粉皮煙韌彈牙,辣度適中越食越惹味。烏龍桂花茶燻脆皮雞送上枱後打開蓋,飄來陣陣煙燻香氣,整隻雞的骨以拆掉,食落口非常方便,雞皮非常脆薄,雞肉柔嫩美味可口。 continue reading

同朋友嚟食生日飯,心思思左好耐。第一係睇中佢環境靚,第二係上網見啲嘢食幾靚。訂咗位8:30 ,佢都唔算多人。佢有$600幾蚊嘅二人套餐。頭盤至甜品,都算幾抵食。仲有幾款可以選擇。但係我同朋友都想試唔同嘅所以最後冇選擇到。上網見佢個慢煮牛面頰好吸引就叫咗一個。佢係夾住西瓜,辣辣甜甜咁咁幾好食,不過就爭小小牛味花雕蛋,酒味好濃,仲要係糖心蛋。出奇地好食,不過如果唔鍾意酒味嘅就可能嫌佢太濃陳皮咕嚕肉,呢個真係冇得輸雖然好似家常小菜但佢嘅肉非常嫩,陳皮好香一啲都唔苦。真係要叫!鮑魚椰皇雞燉湯!椰皇非常之甜!佢係連南北行都入口即溶即係證明佢燉左好耐!相比起其他餸菜片皮鴨冇咁出色比較一般,但係現場即烤,所以比較需時最好前一日預訂。現場order 大概要等一個鐘 continue reading
