To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嗌咗個黑米雞蛋腸粉，賣相相當出色，紫紫地色皺皺地，好吸引。食落去其實唔係好食得出黑米同普通白米有咩分別，同埋都唔夠雞蛋味。不過腸粉質地同口感係可以嘅，同埋個醬汁好得，我除左無要辣椒，其他醬汁都有落，非常好味，為左個醬汁我下次會再幫襯~

紅米雞蛋牛肉腸粉（$25）+6粒魚蛋（$12）外賣自取 係office叫完比錢 坐一陣先落去拎食飯時間岩岩好👍🏻第一次食紅米腸 同普通差唔多 夠滑 皮薄通透 🤤雞蛋有啲唔均勻🍳其中2-3條有熟蛋牛肉放係底 有4-5大舊 都算足料醬汁方面比較淡 但我個人OK,👌🏻如果男仔可能要自己要求加汁😂驚唔求飽隨便加$12 六粒魚蛋不過不失 有啲硬🥶 唔洗叫都得

聖誕節去開觀塘諗唔到食咩所以掃街～鳳鳴腸粉一直好出名，終於試到😛食腸粉最鍾意混醬，重口味嘅我覺得啲芫荽好正～出面好少有混合蛋嘅腸粉，味道同口感都豐富啲冇咁寡😙今次仲試咗佢嘅蒜香蒸米粉，我係蒜蓉lover，見到張相咁多蒜即刻嗌咗🤣 蒸米粉感覺健康啲，加埋蘿蔔絲，冬菇同木耳絲，口感豐富～盒米粉打開見到超多蒜蓉，勁濃算香，加埋適量豉油麻油好好味。嗌咗小辣，發現佢哋自家製嘅麻辣醬好好味，所以食食吓叫店員再幫我加多少少辣🤣🤣睇返啲相已經想再食，性價比高！推介！

以前從來都唔寫OpenRice, 今次去食發現員工態度差都算，收銀聽唔明個客要乜，千辛萬苦落完單，check 完張單冇錯啦，出餐嗰個Staff又可以唔睇吓人哋叫咩，比盒嘢佢就照包照出，最後行到返Office先發現俾漏嘢，咁為咗10幾蚊嘢都唔知行唔行去追，最終都係拎返去問，佢地一句唔好意思都冇，只係話少左野咪補俾你，全間舖d 人都係咁，只要有一個人講唔好意思都唔會劣評你。全店4個人又無咩客，都咁多年愈做愈hea, 唔會再幫襯。真心無下次，去幫襯既都睇清楚d 野先好走，佢地覺得漏嘢係好正常，補左俾你一句唔好意思都無。

話明走芝麻走芫荽，乜都有齊整腸粉除左有老闆睇住仲有一個人整兩個人都可以完全唔睇單？瞓醒未？人地收銀都打得好清楚走芝麻，走芫荽，唔明點解可以其他嘢啱但係咩都唔走。專登打電話嚟諗住好好食個早餐，翻到office先發現唔食嘅嘢乜都喺度，真係破壞曬早晨嘅心情🤷都做左咁耐生意，可唔可以小心啲
