今日去到中環一間高級意大利餐廳 The Italian Club Seafood Wine Bar食晚餐🥂最近推出Alba Winter Black Truffle Tasting Menu,5道菜$1,080/位,店員會在客人前即刨新鮮黑松露片,香氣滿溢一晚🌟精緻小點有三款不同年份既黑醋,配上三款麵包,仲有一小杯黑松露蒸蛋☺️🌟前菜意式生牛肉片,皮下脂肪少,口感幾柔軟,是橄欖油份量不錯,仲配有芝士咸香;另一款係布拉塔芝士沙律,白滑芝士球🤤本身味道較淡,配Truffle就岩岩好🌟意粉海膽完全同意粉混合,每啖都食到海膽甘甜鮮美🥰意粉煙韌彈牙,松露片份量好慷慨;另一款係番茄豬頰肉,豬富油脂香味,不過味道較鹹,意粉質感較硬身主菜連一個大鐵板一齊上,配搭4款醬汁,牛肉生熟度自己決定,脂肪比例少,肉質幾結實,所以我建議食5成💯豬口感幾軟腍,我幾喜歡配搭黑松露油,令整道菜味道提升甜品相當有心思甜品,一共有7款,由自家製雪糕至經典提拉米蘇都係幾好食,味道唔會好甜,朱古力意式奶凍最深得我心😍 continue reading
