經過幾次羣策大廈, 見到不停有上班族上去食 lunch, 唔知點解對 "杜老誌" 哩個名稱好鬼吸引我, 見鄰近華嫂又排滿人, 浩記D出品又無那那咸到痴線! 世伯雞冷氣不足, 於是轉場上去杜老誌睇睇.原來每層有不同餐廳, 聽個名羣策飲食廣場以為係 Food Court 一層有好多間食巿㖭, 最終, 都係上咗7樓杜老誌大飯店.午飯快餐點咗個雙重芝士忌廉焗蜆肉雞扒, 凍O茶少冰.優點:1, 環境超正, 霓虹光管堆砌出舊香港風味. 一流!2, 冷氣充足, 座位充足舒服.3, 上餐速度極快.4, 雙層芝士足料, 雞扒口感鬆軟 juicy 唔柴口.缺點:1, 台灣節目 wto 姐妹會曾經指出, 香港D茶檔服務很差, 催促趕命, 想話睇清楚份 menu or 問多兩句即時黑面, 杜老誌就係咁, 問多兩問黑臉! 服務態度唔合格.2, 黑面之餘, 單又俾錯 (有相有真相,無叫星米但單上有星米!), 餐又俾錯, 原本隔離枱嘅意粉俾錯咗我, 我話未食過, 原食客為免安全拒絕接收, 正常嘅, 我都唔要啦!3, 價錢唔平!4, 雞扒重手咗少少, 減咸更惹味.有機會想試試佢地晚餐小菜質素. continue reading

和一班舊同事聚餐,揀咗呢一間,因為唔限時。入到去環境好懷舊,好正,又唔逼,呢度大約有三個職員,一個紮短馬尾的姐姐(沒有戴眼鏡,非常之好服務👍👍,另一個紮長馬尾就……😪,仲有一個男經理,非常之細心,真係要贊佢👍👍👍,因爲我哋準備落紅薯粉,佢就叫停我地,然後攞咗一個淥粉麵嘅(網)畀我哋放入去先烚,因為紅薯粉比較難夾,用咗個網兜住就好好多👏👏!真係好多謝佢……佢真系好nice😊😊!埋單仲有驚喜😁😁食品方面都唔錯,好大碟下,價錢又唔太貴!可惜試唔到脆肉鯇😞!下次會再去😍 continue reading

晏晝同同事唔知去邊度食諗起好似好耐都冇去過群策大廈嘅杜老誌大飯店食嘢, 今日見到午餐餐牌嘅嘢食幾啱胃口, 於是就揀咗呢間<XO醬粒粒餐肉蝦仁炒滑蛋飯>大食妹嗌咗XO醬粒粒餐肉蝦仁炒滑蛋飯XO醬粒粒餐肉蝦仁炒滑蛋飯係即叫即整嘅, 晏晝可能要等一陣, 但勝在夠鑊氣滑蛋炒得又滑又香, 有蛋汁裏面嘅粒粒餐肉同蝦仁份量都唔少, 唯一比較遜色嘅係XO醬唔夠香但加入甜豉油, 令成份碟頭飯升咗一個level<沙嗲金菇肥牛飯>同事就食咗沙嗲金菇肥牛飯係正宗嘅港式沙嗲金菇肥牛呀可惜金菇肥牛偏少, 只有面頭嗰浸, 下面全部都係芽菜<熱咖啡>熱咖啡幾濃郁, 但上面有好多點黑色嘅咖啡渣 continue reading

之前喺IG見朋友去咗間裝修好特別嘅餐廳,一問之下發現原來係位於灣仔嘅「杜老誌大飯店」,齋睇餐廳名真係唔知呢度係食打邊爐🥢。我哋一行三人星期五晚去咗幫襯,好彩有訂位,因為全場爆滿,Walk-in嘅話要九點後先有位,人氣超高👏。呢度環境比睇相更正,絕對值得嚟到訪兼打卡📸。餐廳提供各式火鍋湯底同配料🍲,我哋叫到一枱都係,但價錢其實唔算好貴,因為全部都大大碟。大紅袍招牌麻辣鍋($108),麻辣鍋好震撼,血紅色嘅湯底鋪滿辣椒同花椒等配料🌶,開頭食都幾爽,麻味又夠。但愈滾愈唔對路,因為愈食愈辣,我同其中一個朋友都頂唔順,係咁灌嘢飲🥵。最終我哋忍唔住問女店員可唔可以俾啲滾水溝淡佢,點知佢超好人,幫我們換咗個清湯出嚟🙏🏻。多得佢嘅幫忙,我哋先可以繼續烚吓烚吓。手切封門柳($198),封門柳好大碟🥩,我諗碟中有超過廿片,而且每片大小厚薄適中,唔會碎濕濕。封門柳嘅紋理平均,肉味極為濃郁,口感富有彈性,高質!招牌五寶丸($98),手打丸係必食推介🍢,唔好睇佢細細粒,每款各有特色,而共通點係爽彈。五寶丸包括牛筋丸、墨魚丸、梅菜豬肉丸、蝦丸同埋鯪魚丸,每款兩粒,我全部都要❤️。鬼馬蝦膠($68),佢嘅造法有啲似春風得意腸,將蟹籽蝦膠釀入油炸鬼內。🦐蝦膠鮮味彈牙,但個人就唔太鍾意將油炸鬼放湯,因為比較油膩。沙嗲豬頸肉($60),🐷豬頸肉有好多條,沙嗲醃得好入味,但始終用泰式燒烤整法會香口啲。牛脷托($60),👅牛脷都OK,超碼有成十片八片,淥完肉質都無變韌。萵筍片($35),萵筍正常啦,不過都翠綠嘅💚,但我認為片薄啲會更好食。椒鹽粟米($52),打邊爐以外,我哋仲嗌咗樣小食。🌽粟米用椒鹽爆香,鹹鹹哋又甜甜哋,同時亦不乏辣味,或者用避風塘口味嚟形容都幾適合。飲品項目並無列於餐牌上🥤,不過餐廳係有賣自家製嘅清熱飲品,分別係酸梅湯同竹蔗茅根。每榨售賣$35,我認為都算幾抵飲,而且佢哋仲救咗我一命,幫手滅火🤣。留意返⚠️,餐廳收取醬油費($15/位)同前菜費($20/碟),並設有加一服務費,所以夾夾埋埋計的話,雜項費用都唔少啊。總括嚟講,呢間餐廳各方面都令人滿意👍,食材質素不俗,定價亦都係合理水平。女店員服務貼心,值得再次表揚。最後,我當然會同大家分享埋餐廳嘅餐牌同環境相片啦😜。嚟呢度打卡定打邊爐?Why not both😍!題外話,餐廳連洗手間都係咁打卡Able🚻。 continue reading
