鬼金棒 Kikanbo📍尖沙咀金馬倫道20號地舖又一次去尖沙咀睇牙覆診,搞掂都已經接近7點半,返工返到好攰嘅我哋都想快啲食完晚飯,所以就決定食我哋至愛嘅「快餐」—拉麵!附近嘅拉麵店我哋都未食過,心怕會伏嘅我哋以9秒9嘅速度,衝去食過一次嘅鬼金棒,希望可以趕喺客滿前入座。事實證明我哋嘅策略係成功嘅,坐低無耐就開始不停入客,幸好我哋有加快腳步,先可以坐得舒舒服服咁食個快飯! 💰$115芫荽辣麻味噌拉麵 🍜因為怕太辣頂唔順,所以上次我嚟到好傻咁叫咗碗走麻走辣嘅拉麵,後來先知咁樣食好浪費quota,因為唔食辣同麻,根本食唔到鬼金棒嘅精髓。所以今次我要一雪前恥,叫返碗小辣小麻,加埋芫荽,食盡佢哋嘅招牌口味!睇相都見到,成個拉麵碗都被滿滿嘅芫荽覆蓋,連五花厚叉燒都被埋沒,份量真係驚人!話說我同朋友都唔係芫荽大fans,但我哋都唔討厭食芫荽,仲不約而同地覺得佢嘅香氣好獨特,配搭唔同食材、唔同菜式都可以有唔同發揮,令食物味道昇華。加咗咁多芫荽落拉麵度,多多少少湯底都有沾上芫荽嘅清香,湯底本身嘅味噌味唔算重,但蒜香撲鼻,再加上辣麻兩種重口味調料,湯底濃而不油,多飲幾啖都唔怕膩。粗身帶麥香嘅麵條就煙煙韌韌,浸耐咗都唔會淋晒,掛湯力十足。我覺得芫荽索湯後,食落好似一般蔬菜,所以叫呢款嚟食有比較健康嘅感覺,各方面都比較平均,推介大家一戰! 💰$105辣麻肉碎拌麵 🍜朋友今次想試下拌麵,同樣揀咗小辣小麻,一上檯就聞到香料嘅芬芳,賣相都好吸引呀!拌麵嘅麵質同拉麵大同小異,而且一樣有齊芽菜、玉米筍、蔥花等,不過就以較香口嘅炒肉碎取代咗較油膩嘅叉燒。我哋會推介呢款拌麵俾鍾意食濃味嘅朋友,因為佢嘅辣味突出,麻感明顯,配上特製辣麻醬汁同用心熬製嘅湯汁,整個麵層次分明,食材嘅口感同味道都異常地夾。食到最尾嘅肉碎、配料同醬汁我哋撈埋飯食,一啲都無浪費,一麵兩食,抵食又新奇! 💰$45肉飯 🍚雖然賣相同拉麵叉燒差不多,但呢塊肉嘅口感同味道都略勝一籌。由於肉塊未有浸泡喺麵湯內,所以醬汁味相對濃郁,肉汁亦相對較多。肉塊肥瘦相間,瘦肉部分唔會乾柴,肥肉口感Q彈,雖然未至於入口即化,但油膩感唔明顯,怕食脂肪嘅人必試!白飯底用上口感煙韌嘅珍珠米,淋上醬汁、曬上香蔥,又一道美味嘅主食。 💰$15味玉 🥚每次嚟到都必食佢哋嘅味玉,由於選用日本產嘅靚蛋,所以蛋味濃香、蛋黃色澤亮麗。煮至半熟狀態,筷子輕輕施力就可以將味玉輕鬆分開,橙紅色嘅蛋黃無論撈麵定配飯都一樣滋味。 continue reading

每次食都會再挑戰多一級辣度同麻度。尖沙咀呢間分店成間餐廳個氣氛勁好,一入到去就已經聽到音樂鼓響聲,充滿住神秘又恐怖嘅氣氛。芫荽辣麻味噌拉麵 $115 今次呢碗嗌左中辣中麻,味道上竟然更加有驚喜。一開始都擔心中麻,中辣會食唔到,點知食落反而覺得幾正幾香濃。味噌湯底混搭住香蔥香蒜,味道又唔會太鹹,再加上芫荽,成碗味道更加清新。五花叉燒大大舊保持住水準,肉質香稔肥瘦均勻。麵質嘅粗彈更加容易黏附住d香料同湯汁,整體都真係好好食。增量叉燒辣麻味噌拉麵 $140勁大舊叉燒仲要係增量有兩大舊,呢碗揀左小麻小辣主要係怕太辣太大碗食唔到,哈哈。不過就算少辣少辣,個味噌湯底一樣好香,而且好多唔同嘅配菜,食落都好多唔同嘅口感。肉飯(M)$45自己發現左個肉飯嘅新食法都幾好食,就係食完個拉麵嘅湯可以加少少落個飯到吉爛舊五花肉然後將所有野撈埋一齊食。舊五花肥肉d油香滲落個飯到加埋拉麵個湯嘅辣度同味噌味,成個飯變得好有層次又有辣感。 continue reading

呢排行街都見到「佢」既蹤影,皆因鬼金棒👹已經係香港開左3間分店,而且3間分店都開咗係熱門行街食飯地點:旺角、尖沙咀、銅鑼灣。上次食完一直回味無窮,今次又去下尖沙咀分店試其他口味😋佢地既拉麵分別有辣+麻,「麻」同「辣」都有5種級別程度可以比自己調配,當然有唔辣可選擇 而最勁既有鬼增級別👺。除左佢地最出名既芫茜之外,佢地既芽菜聽講都一樣好食,今次就揀炒豆芽菜麻辣味噌拉麵同增量叉燒x2麻辣味噌拉麵。👹炒豆芽菜麻辣味噌拉麵 $105豆芽菜即叫即炒之餘份量重好多 鋪滿晒成個拉麵面👍🏻食落去清甜爽脆 一直都係配拉麵既好拍檔,今次嗌咗小麻+小辣既湯底再配埋厚厚又入味嘅叉燒,每啖都非常香口😋叉燒質感岩岩好,唔會淋到一夾上手就爛,亦都唔會硬到食落鞋口👍🏻👹增量叉燒x2麻辣味噌拉麵 $140顧名思義就係叉燒比平常多一倍!而且2舊都係大大舊既叉燒,非常之適合胃口較大嘅朋友😆,雖然嗌咗小辣 無麻 但拉麵鋪上滿滿嘅蔥花蒜粒 非常香濃夠味,枱上仲擺咗一樽特製調味粉 落少少已再增加風味😈完熟桃子梳打 $35食拉麵點可以唔整返杯凍飲😜見有唔同口味既梳打可以揀,就試左桃味,完全無假既藥水味或太甜👍🏻當然仲有各款汽水可選擇 $15另外一提嘅係:之前一直有提供即棄圍裙,但係響應環保關係 現店內轉為唔會主動提供,有需要嘅朋友仍可以照向店內索取😉 continue reading

今次同同事來到成日經過既鬼金棒拉麵店。一直都好好奇呢間拉麵店好唔好食每次經過都覺得好神秘,今次走入內堂,好暗之餘,牆上仲掛住一排魔鬼面具,拎住狼牙棒的魔鬼,其實都幾可愛,令我諗起日本別府既地獄溫泉,加上一陣陣既鼓聲,剎有氣氛。我點了一碗增量叉燒辣麻拉麵小麻小辣同事點了配炒荳芽菜辣麻拉麵小麻小辣外加煎餃子第一啖,試下個湯頭果然名不虛傳,如期用濃郁去形容,「重口味」真係仲貼切,酥麻小辣,好強既蒜薑口感 拉麵粗幼適中,加上湯汁,唔會太油膩我既增量叉燒真係比較大舊,唔係我想像既圓形叉燒,反而似中式既腩肉,非常入味,一點都唔肥,唯一顯肥既地方係一層薄薄既皮,我倒覺得可以再肥小小,入口即溶既效果就會更加明顯。同事既炒荳芽菜拉麵,明顯勁多荳芽,佢話都好爽脆,食起上來,有肉有素,口感層次更加豐富,雖則味濃,但心理上好似比較健康餃子🥟唔意外,都無薄皮,帶小小湯汁,但同拉麵係絕配,食埋更加完美。 continue reading
