最近朋友話想食日式串燒,問我邊度好,我就真係唔知,於是上網搵下邊間高性價比,就搵到大埔呢度有間好似幾平,又大份,遠就遠左少少,但感覺上好似平過市區好多,所以就由錦上路搭巴士過黎試下,一程車就到。LUNCH HOUR黎到已經有好多檯客,真係估佢唔到LUNCH都咁多人係度CHILL。由於朋友佢係主力想食串燒,所以都無叫太多其他立雜野。賣相都好靚仔,食指大動~~~同佢合照先~~~我地點左兩款酒,一款係Little Creatures Pale Ale 啤酒 $49,味道較苦,唔算易入口,不過食完咸野再飲就清爽好多,去油膩感!另一款係Margarita 雞尾酒,杯邊全部都係鹽,我朋友話好鍾意好好味好正,但我飲左一啖,嘩杯邊D鹽好多咸到死,D酒又好濃烈,痴線,我睇黎應該飲返汽水算......唔識欣賞。睇返串燒,賣相好好,價錢都唔算貴,所以可以放膽咁叫。先黎介紹下燒日本博多雞子$29我咁大個仔第一次食雞子,因為平時無乜機會食,呢度居然有,所以一試!原來燒起好好食,咬開裡面好多好似魚子咁嘅感覺!好香好食!令我愛上左雞子!豬頸肉$22不過不失,驚喜唔大,正常。日本博多雞心$33呢串雞心好好食,好香,但乾左少少,可能因為太細粒唔多水份,但$33就感覺好似細份左D,不過日本博多黎嘅,可能真係得咁細粒。車里茄雞脾肉串$24我覺得呢個雞肉好好食,好嫩滑,雞肉味濃,但衰在唔夠大串,唔夠大滿足,真係要一人一串,唔可以SHARE芝士雞脾肉串$23芝士雞脾肉呢個就多D雞肉,SHARE都OK,但芝士味好搶好香,但變左雞肉味淡左,反而車里茄個配搭食得出多D雞肉味,真係各有各好。見完唔夠喉,再追加左一份燒年糕+燒白鱔燒紫菜年糕$26呢個係我朋友堅持要點,佢個醬油甜甜地,有少少紫菜,食落幾惹味。我就覺得麻麻,但佢覺得好黏糯好好味,我食左一啖係OK嘅,但我平時自己唔會考慮呢個單品。鹽燒鮮白鱔串$58超好食呀!!!!! 痴線好食到癲左,勁厚肉勁嫩滑多汁,雖然佢好貴58蚊串,但其實我去街市睇過白鱔一條尾都要HK$100,所以成本真係好高,反而可能利潤最低係呢個,真係好大串好好食!原來鹽燒咁好食,平時多數都係食照燒,因為照燒係用甜醬油,鹽燒有另一番味道,好鮮!見到佢有好多款牛串,唔放過都要試一兩款!安格斯牛肉露荀串$38牛肉唔厚,露荀好爽脆,幾好食,但有少少貴。鹽燒牛舌芯$33呢個都有少少厚切,幾爽,有鹽同黑椒味,味道簡單唔複雜,食到好重牛舌香。不過都唔算好JUICY,未夠厚,再厚D先可以好JUICY咁鎖住肉汁。之後再點左一堆飽肚野睇餐牌見到呢個炸厚切薯片串,咁得意所以點左。$19黎講係OK,其實好似食緊炸薯角,唔算特別,正常。特濃芝士薯條$98真心我對呢個芝士好唔滿意,因為佢只係用左一塊卡夫芝士,正常你應該用Mozzarella Cheese,焗完會有拉絲效果同感覺,咬落要有彈牙嘅口感,但佢只係得一片芝士,芝士亦滲唔到落下面底,而且要100蚊一碟,計落其實唔平,Mozzarella Cheese其實都唔係好貴唧,點解唔用Mozzarella Cheese????? 呢個薯條好扣分。最後叫左個飯埋尾,因為佢LUNCH有飯可以點。點左呢款照燒豬扒飯$78,味道係甜醬油燒豬肉,都幾好食,夠飽肚。整體黎講,串燒做得出食過小食類,串燒整體都唔錯,最驚喜係雞子+鹽燒白鱔,而芝士薯條最令人失望。下次再黎要主打雞子同白鱔 continue reading

今日約咗個住太埔嘅朋友吹水,佢介紹嚟到”芝加哥串燒酒場”無諗過6:30pm 左右入座已有幾枱,另外跟住一半以上坐位已被人book 左,我哋坐到近7點差唔多爆場,但食飯嗰日係星期二都咁旺場,確係勁場內坐位約30人左右。牆上面擺放左不少同一牌子嘅酒做裝修。冷盤menu 串燒menu 有好多選擇,仲可以自選不同辣度1. 左:Kirin Black Currant ($82-Happy Hour) 入口好香嘅黑加侖子味,好適合女士飲用。 右:Kirin Osmanthus ($82-Happy Hour)初初入口似原味,飲多幾啖D 桂花味慢慢從口中散發,另一款適合女士飲用嘅啤酒3. XO 醬燒廣島蠔(6隻)($188),蠔好大隻,咬落好Juice,加左XO 醬更加帶出蠔嘅鮮味4. 原條燒茄子($35),上枱時香味十足,茄子肉同樣juice,加上孜然粉,令人食唔停口第一輪串燒(下至上): 安格斯牛肉露筍串($38)、石燒 Prime 牛小扒(份)($148)、雞肉軟骨串($28)第二輪(左至右): 蒲燒鰻魚肝($26)、燒阿波美雞肝($29)、黑糖雞脾肉串($22)、燒日本博多雞心($33)、風味燒雞腎串($18)、羊肉串(23)、鹽燒雞皮(16)。串燒夠熱,味道亦出色,特別係串蠔、茄子、牛小扒都係必點嘅食物而當晚未知是否人客太多,第二輪食物要一小時才上枱。整體來講,食物美味,酒場環境適會合朋友、同事一齊吹水的好地方,可以一試再試。 continue reading

今日收工嚟到太和食串燒,食串燒最緊要係有啤酒飲。呢度都算有幾多款唔同種類嘅啤酒,今次我就叫咗一個特別嘅味道,係桂花味。桂花味嘅啤酒但係有少少甜味,好啱女仔飲💓另外都叫咗一大堆全消,包括燒玉子、燒翠玉瓜、燒雞翼、燒三文魚、燒京蔥、燒八爪魚等等。當中我最鍾意食嘅係燒翠玉瓜同埋燒三文魚,呢兩款食物燒完之後係特別好味,燒三文魚更加係好juicy😋最後因為今日都好肚餓,所以叫咗一個圖燒鰻魚飯。鰻魚飯比想像中出色,佢啲飯係珍珠米,碗飯有兩大塊燒鰻魚,絕對夠食晒成碗白飯💓喺串燒店食到一碗好味嘅飯真係好意外💓💓 continue reading
