今日心思思嚟到九龍城嗰間有名嘅食堂,預咗係一個人情味濃嘅晚上😋。第一撃就是山楂醬排骨,個排骨外層炸到啱啱好,金黃香脆,入口即溶,山楂醬酸酸甜甜,夠哂開胃。至於微辣秘汁炒蟶子,嗚,簡直勁爆味蕾💥!新鮮蟶子吸滿咗秘制微辣醬汁,真係麻辣鮮香,又唔會辣到飲晒啲茶。講起清炒蓮藕片,嗰清爽口感,完美平衡咗口腔嘅油脂,好食得滑口!最後,講下白粥嘅嘢,簡單嘅一碗粥,但綿滑嘅口感實在係話唔出嘅舒服,純淨嘅味道令人憶起屋企嘅味。今次食餐除咗飽,仲喺呢啲地道風味中,搵到一啲味道上嘅安慰。食到尾,真係食指大動,心情都大好!🍲👍🥢 continue reading

今日去九龍城食飯揀咗粗菜館食之前知道係明星飯店,但係都冇太大期望畢竟都隔咗咁多年 都知呢啲「明星飯店」其實無咩特喇5個人 叫咗蓮藕餅 油麥菜,豬油炒飯,家鄉炒米粉 山渣骨 漁香茄子蓮藕餅,同埋豆豉鯪魚油麥菜係幾好👍🏻蓮藕餅都幾香口山渣骨就係酸小小嘅咕嚕肉 偏細碟炒飯 炒米飯都麻麻地😫😫😫尤其個米粉好重色 但食落淡口 好似屋企炒出嚟咁職員態度好好,價錢又唔算貴嘅環境可接受唔抱期望去食都還可以 🤓當係普通街坊飯堂 continue reading

講到九龍城 好多人諗到泰國菜 同 打邊爐,但係依間粗菜館絕對無Number one ! 佢有30年歷史,能夠穩守香港30年嘅絕非易事,實力不容忽視!招牌薑蔥炒豬雜$95如果100分滿分,我會比120分🥹🫶🏽 真係好香好惹味~ 最值得欣賞嘅係啲豬雜洗得好乾淨,冇異味,而且每件都切到細細件咁,一啖豬雜一啖蔥,真心正😋真係心機之作惠州梅菜扣肉 $90-餸飯食一流嘅菜式,老土啲都要講:肥而不膩,入口即溶。腍得黎又保留到嚼勁,梅菜好香,味道岩岩好。一個咁考功夫,咁需要時間去制作嘅菜式,只售$90真心覺得好平。蔡瀾鹹魚醬炒時菜(油麥菜) $85-油麥菜要大鑊炒先好味,家用電磁爐真係煮唔好食。我都係第一次試佢個鹹魚醬炒,本身怕好咸,但咸魚味香得黎小小咸咁好惹味,保留到青菜應有嘅清爽。豬油撈飯(細筒)$60-聽到豬油我諗好多人都怕,但係又唔係日日食,人一世物一世點都要試下,有啲野試左返唔到轉頭架!粗菜館嘅豬油好新鮮乾淨,無雜質,無油膱味,香口惹味,建議大家第一啖唔好落豉油住,細心感嚐豬油撈飯嘅香味,真係會令人沒齒難忘。平時食1碗飯嘅我可以食到2碗🤭皮蛋酸薑 $38- 每次幫襯必定會叫,我係酸薑皮蛋嘅死忠。好多餐廳都唔會跟沙糖,但粗菜館會自動跟埋比你👍加沙糖食口感豐富好多,又可以中和酸薑嘅辣度。 continue reading

我的中學老師曾經教過我書本其實唔需要由頭睇到尾,只睇精華的部份就夠,如果唔係你只係浪費人生。頭一次聽到簡直係當頭棒喝,所以有時搵好西食的時候都係一樣,人的胃口有限,黎到一間餐廳,只需要享用最好食的菜式就夠,而唔需要浪費自己食野的Quota。呢個系列就係介紹一些奇貌不揚的餐廳,當中亦搵到滄海遺珠美食推介。第一間介紹就係粗菜館。粗菜館係舊時都有少少名氣,主因係得到蔡瀾先生推介,不過隨時蔡生推介唔同的餐廳後,自然好快將粗菜館消失係大家腦海。當中有一道菜係黎到必叫就係秘製沙薑雞,佢同其他食店的沙薑雞唔同,外面佢會係白切雞或鹽焗雞,之後配上沙薑醬俾你點就係叫沙薑雞。但粗菜館係做得好細緻,首先會將雞煮熟,之後用秘製沙薑汁去炆,雞肉入晒味之餘又唔會過鹹,而雞肉肉質仲可以保持嫩滑,最後將沙薑汁打芡淋上雞肉上枱,可以話睇得又食得,只係呢道菜已經可以送幾碗飯。 continue reading
