帶媽媽到k11 musea試下點心,餐廳有兩層,於餐廳內有樓梯落底層,只有上層的出入口,餐廳裝修新淨。家鄉蒸荀粿 (三隻) | $52荀粿內有紅蘿蔔、荀、蝦🦐,有紅蘿蔔🥕的顏色點綴,看起來更加吸引。有很多荀在內,吃起來爽口。普寧蘿蔔灌漿 (三件) | $68經常聽家人用潮洲話講灌漿,今日終於知道真正的名字是「灌漿」,與我家鄉的做法有點不一樣。蘿蔔絲加入了蝦米,再以炸漿包裹,炸得很脆。潮式韭菜棵 (三件) | $52由細到大每次家中做節都有韮菜粿,見這間餐廳有,真的很想試試有什麼分別。粿中餡料有冬菇、肉碎、蝦米、韭菜,不會太鹹,我喜歡煎得再香脆點。招牌蝦餃皇 | $36蝦餃皮較爽身,蝦爽口彈牙,有少許胡椒味,一人一隻剛剛好。荔茸炸帶子 | $48炸得好鬆脆炸粉內有荔芋蓉,芋蓉幾香,中間有粒帶子,帶子都大粒。茶位大約$20一位,餐廳下層比較清靜,可以慢慢嘆茶。 continue reading

一早知道年三十晚有得早放,所以就同屋企人book左枱黎哩度提早食個團年飯。名潮食館係百樂潮州旗下喺K11 Musea嘅分店,之前已經食過百樂其他茶樓,質素唔錯菜式亦精緻,見哩間分店未食過又近我地就黎試下。名潮食館走新派中菜路線,店面反傳統以深綠色做主調,由於而家仲係二人限聚,所以茶樓有透明隔板方便三四個人都可以坐埋一枱。酸菜($16)二至四人一碟。茶芥($20/位),除左常見嘅普洱壽眉鐵觀音香片之外,哩度仲有菊花(另加$22/位)。我地點左個迎新春團餐($588/位),最少兩個人就可以叫,入面包左五個小菜兩款甜品同水果。金沙發財卷拼龍鬚好市 - 哩個小菜幾特別,佢用左一個比較少見嘅做法去整新年經典菜式發財好市。金沙發財卷就係將髮菜用蘸左鹹蛋黃醬嘅炸漿包住黎炸,食落夠香脆鹹蛋黃味亦重,因為髮菜用炸漿包成卷狀,比起平時一條條嘅髮菜容易夾容易食。龍鬚好市就係用豬肉包住蠔豉,出面再用炸麵黎包住黎炸,炸麵脆卜卜唔會過硬,蠔豉因為有炸麵同豬肉包住,所以食落唔會太熟太乾。紅燒潮州中鮑翅 - 紅燒鮑翅杰度啱啱好,雖然唔算好粗身,不過真係幾多,成碗都係鮑翅,同鮑翅一齊上嘅仲有芫荽同黑醋,但我個人就覺得同紅醋會夾啲。六頭鮑魚伴鵝掌 - 鮑魚彈牙得黎唔會太硬,鵝掌炆到好腍好入味,上枱時侍應會問要唔要芥辣,不過其實個鮑汁好夠味,所以都冇蘸過個芥辣。蘿蔔煮細黃花魚 - 黃花魚唔多骨肉質幾滑,個魚湯鮮味得黎飲完都唔會覺得口渴,我地差唔多飲晒,白蘿蔔好腍吸收晒魚湯嘅鮮味都好正。 金華竹笙扒雙蔬 - 雙蔬係西蘭花同娃娃菜,另外仲有冬菇同草菇,冬菇肉厚又夠腍, 竹笙索晒啲汁好好味,唯一要挑剔係金華火腿硬左少少。鳳凰煎年糕 - 年糕應該係茶樓自家製,食落好香紅棗味,同埋可能佢落得多澄麵,食落比平時食倒嘅年糕冇咁黏同腍,口感係比較彈口,都幾好食。福果湯丸 - 湯丸皮幾滑唔會太厚,芝麻餡幾香。合時生果 - 最後食埋個飯後果,唔會太酸幫助消化,預早切開一舊舊,一口一舊,夠晒貼心。總結,雖然唔算特別平,但每一道菜都賣相精緻又好食,服務亦貼心,絕對交足功課, 過年想同屋企人食好少少就啱晒。 continue reading

原來喺K11 Musea 都有傳統的潮州菜館。 而午市也提供中式點心一盅兩件嘆番杯潮州茶。置身於充滿藝術感嘅K11 Musea, 潮州菜館裝修西化優雅, 唔知以為係食high tea, 相當特別。 座位間隔算幾闊落,張凳仲好舒服。😊平日午市都有好多悠閒一族喎~ 位置唔多可能仲有地牢一層?堂食午市兩點過後也有85折。外賣自取主餐牌, 點心紙7折, 絕對係疫情價~前菜:花生,味道甜甜地。照顧到二人 一盅兩件, 有些點心每碟只有兩件, 這樣一來就可以試多幾款~名潮鮮蝦餃即叫即蒸點心, 蝦餃包得好靚, 皮薄適中,餡料飽滿紮實, 蝦肉夠爽,味道好鲜。蜜汁叉燒腸腸粉好滑但唔算薄皮, 叉燒切細塊,唔會變咗叉燒包裏面嘅叉燒肉醬, 口感味道都唔錯!百樂燒賣皇巨型燒賣賣相不俗, 肉質上乘有豬肉嘅香, 半點肥豬肉也沒有。家鄉蒸荀粿特色家鄉小點, 皮夠薄有少少煙韌, 驚喜係裏面 都以蝦為餡料, 混入筍絲蘿蔔絲, 豐富美味。荔茸帶子盒都是手工點心, 荔茸香甜軟滑包住鮮甜嘅帶子, 香口美味, 傳統一盅兩件緫需要一款炸物~點心水準好高, 製作精美 ,用料夠鮮, 可以舒舒服服寧靜地嘆一盅兩件也是一種享受。下次可以帶長輩嚟再試傳統的潮州菜餚。 continue reading
