這間餐廳平時多數買外賣,係幾好食咪試下堂食。食物係唔錯,尤其生牛肉湯檬係堂食飲下湯先正,外賣係會爭d。 其實堂食有比10%服務費我認為應該有返一定服務水準先合理,我們3人,點了2個生牛肉湯檬,碗湯熱辣辣,上菜時係放下第4個位,第2碗到我才主動講放邊度先識,咁放第4個位那碗我自己要拉返埋我位度食,之前問店員小問題到今次上菜都是全程黑面,一間有水準的餐廳係無論食物同服務質素都要好,咁先可以令客人再光顧。 continue reading

今次踩入去這間餐廳,想食啲越式風味。🌿 首先嚟碟會安春卷,啲春卷外皮嘶嘶脆,炸到金黃色,包裹住啲內餡,叮叮噹噹嘅口感真係正👌🏻;啲內餡又係噹噹滑,食落有種微微辣,爽口得嚟唔油膩。追上份香茅豬扒拼雞扒飯,豬扒炸得外脆內嫩,香氣撲鼻,先係一整個享受啊~🍖 配上嘅飯,每粒飯都爽口得黎唔會黏牙,正到跳起!雞扒雖然略為乾唔夠juicy,不過味道仲係幾得。再嚟就係越式炒金邊粉,款款粉絲彈牙得黎帶啲干炒牛河嗰種醬油香味,又唔會太鹹,食落好有層次。腰果雞肉沙律嗰啲正宗越南味道仲喺口腔度圍繞,個雞肉又嫩,啲腰果又脆,真係夠晒滋味。💬整體食完之後,成個人都覺得滿足。雖然食物唔算到驚天地價,但係味道真心唔錯,再配合店員嗰份親切笑容,啲食客係會樂而忘返。💖 下次有機會,我仲會再嚟捧場嘅! continue reading

和家人相聚,揀選了品越的越南菜。曾經來吃過午餐和下午茶,覺得粉麵都不錯,這次來試試晚餐。牙快車沙拉不錯,雞肉沙拉還有海蜇,口感不錯,味道酸酸爽爽;豬頸肉米紙卷,每款大小不一而且鬆散,肉太少,吃起來沒什麼味道;炸蝦餅用腐皮包裹後炸,非常香脆熱辣辣,配上泰式酸辣醬,感覺直接吃兩份沒問題;秋葵炒雜菌,很有鑊氣;冬陰功,配的又是雜菌,香料味道足,也夠酸,下喉後就有回辣味;海南雞不算嫩滑,但味道可以;越式炒金邊粉,感覺鮮蝦就是意外掉在粉上,互不相干,粉就是番茄醬炒粉的味道,粉的口感也偏軟,感覺像茶餐廳外賣一樣;最後甜品是椰汁紫米,不算甜,可以解辣。整體而言,食物質素不過不失,可能這個餐裡的食物不是最招牌?感覺往日來吃的湯河、撈檬和串燒質素更高些。而且套餐裡規定菜類只有秋葵炒雜菌,未必每個人都喜歡,如果選擇冬陰功就只能不停吃雜菌了。至於服務,基本上每次來都覺得under staff,這次不算多客人,人手足夠但服務也是不過不失,部份服務員非常熱情客氣,部份完全相反,非常極端。大約下次不會再吃這個三人餐,可以考慮試試晚市的湯河撈檬和串燒。 continue reading

點了二人餐,可自選兩款主食,一款小食,還有2份甜品和飲品。蛋包海鮮金邊粉/賣相吸引,蛋包像一個網很精美,金邊粉口感煙韌,蝦肉幾鮮甜爽口。擠一點檸檬汁撈勻吃更正。羊架肉不夠新鮮,肥肉偏多,實質無咩肉食;羊羶味都強烈;咖喱醬汁不錯,有點辣辣挺惹味,用唔晒仲可以用來撈飯。越式牙車快/越式撈檬汁酸酸甜甜幾開胃,椰菜絲新鮮爽脆;雞絲偏乾,又鞋。服務方面欠佳,已經上錯了兩次菜,還打錯單收多了錢。 continue reading
