To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說我喺這家店試了杯超值的黑糖珍珠烏龍奶茶，嗲呀！珍珠彈牙得滾圓，黑糖嘅甜噴鼻地將我個味蕾包圍咗。仲有杯桂花烏龍加咗芝士奶蓋，嗰種細緻香滑，又加上少少嘅鹹味，真係飲下去心情都爽晒。🍵🌺然後我試咗嗰個花豹芋圓，吓！咁多料，夠曬本！啲芋圓煙韌又飽滿，啲寒天同紅豆，一啖咬落去心都化咗。🍠😋大甲芋頭鮮奶就完美示範咗咩叫作細滑，你試過喝得實芋頭嘅鮮奶未？啲奶香同芋頭香完美咁融合喺一齊。喝一口嘅時候，腦海中一片靜好。 呢間嘅店啦，唔係講嘢，飲品做得真係太過癮喇！而家想試下佢地嘅其他款😏🥤每款都係心思思想再喝過嘅滋味，真係一試難忘。

前幾日行過尖沙咀見到花斑茶社同胡氏這一家 合作，推出期間限定新紙杯，好cute cute (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)♡ 大甲芋頭鮮奶 叫咗大甲芋頭鮮奶，即使冇叫到少甜少冰佢嘅甜度都係啱啱好。ദി˶ｰ̀֊ｰ́ ) 咬到好多芋泥同芋頭粒，睇個杯身就知份量好足料，奶同芋泥嘅比例大約係3:7，芋泥控一定要試。 ♡ 焙茶鮮奶 另外一款就叫咗新出嘅焙茶鮮奶，焙茶鮮奶比芋頭鮮奶相對會甜少少，但係都飲到好濃郁嘅焙茶味，鮮奶同茶比例都合適。

花斑茶社是少數不是太便宜卻仍然會不住地光顧的珍珠奶茶店，是日選的是黑糖珍珠烏龍奶茶（$29）。環境：4位於樂道，店也不算太小了，也很明亮的。服務：3.5 人多力量大，效率不低了。飲品：4.5茶底靚，試過幾款奶茶一樣是茶味夠濃夠厚，當然他們的奶和茶的比例非常合理，才不會被奶味所遮蓋。黑糖珍珠很甜很黑糖，雖然好似很廢話，但喝過你便知道了。所以當要加黑糖珍珠，緊記要微甜啊。下午了，工作時來一杯加點糖加加油吧！
